I can‘t stop myself from observing this beautiful Cartier Santos throughout the whole video 🤩

Have had one of these for 2 years. Brilliant. Very fast. Very little chance of missing areas.

Seems to be a nifty tool Ash. Since the Covid pandemic, I have saved a lot of money. I have bought a clipper and changed to a safety razor. No more going to the hairdresser or using cartridge razors.

I used to try to keep a military high-n-tight when I started going bald. Now, I just DE shave one a week. That said, if I go too long, I’ve used my Braun bead trimmer; which the non-replaceable batteries are used up, so this looks perfect.

I think Amazon also still do a no-name version of the exact same thing without the Remington brand name (it comes from the same factory in China that makes it for Remington). You'll know what to look for as it looks exactly the same. I had this previously.

Been shaving my head for years with a traditional barber clipper, but this looks a lot easier. Thanks for the rec.

I have used the Remington for years then bought a Wahl Clipper Pro Lithium. I use both for my beard as well. The Remington is easier to use. The Wahl has a more refined cut. Great channel!

Great video. I’ve blade shaved my head for about 14 years and you are spot on regarding the effort and irritation. I love the result but 10-15 mins everyday with a blade vs 10-15 mins once a week makes a huge difference in one’s routine with minimal difference in look.

I stopped going to the barber in 2008, I bought a clipper set for £18 and it's still going.
Imagine how much money I've saved on mop chops. My hair does grow like an unruly mop when it gets longer, I could never control it.

Especially nowadays, it's like £20-£30 for a haircut standard now.

I use the Skull Shaver Pitbull which gets even closer and can be used with shave cream in the shower. That said, if you are looking for a tight buzz and not a close shave, these handheld ergonomic options are fantastic.

Looks like a good product. I use a Braun cutter which needs replacing. I'll try the Remington. And what a gloriously fantastic watch. Refreshingly different from the R.

Just checked - only 7 percent of men shave their heads bald. I was half bald and all gray. I didn't like the way I looked, so I decided take it all off. I use a Remington Balder - 5 rotary heads in an X-pattern. I start off going front-to-back over the entire skull. Then side-to-side. That takes it down pretty good. Then I use small circles over the head to make it as smooth as possible. Takes about 5-6 minutes altogether.. Not as smooth as a razor cut, but it's very good and VERY cheap. In three days, I'll do it again.
People say I look maybe ten years younger without the gray.

Very good review, Ash. -I've got a bald spot, but I'm not yet at the point where the device you are endorsing today is applicable to me.
My wife has cut my hair for almost forty years now, and has become quite adept at it. (I must have saved a small fortune by not paying to have it cut by a barber.)

    Thanks Ash. Interesting video.
I’m curious, you said the shaver can be cleaned in water, but can it actually be used in the shower?
I am tempted to try one of these. I have a similar hairline to yours and keep it cut quite short these days (although not nearly as short as you demonstrated here).

It is not a waterproof razor, but it is entirely washable.

Sorry, Mr. Jones but you paid too much for too little. There are no name brand 5-7 head cordless head shavers for less, and shave as good as a disposable on the head. The heads can be cleaned in water. Sometimes the no names don't work well, but sometimes they do. Matter of luck.

I always enjoy your videos even though I’m not yet quite ready for this tool! For gents requiring a little more cutting and wishing to retain a few £s, I recommend this video. I haven’t been to a barber in the last four years, and those pounds certainly must add up over time. A side benefit is that I trim my hair far more often than I used to go to the barber, so a neater appearance is achieved. Thanks again for the superb content Ash, much appreciated (PS you are solely responsible for my increasing collection of Northampton made shoes, and a growing collection of Charvet ties!)
