  • If you're feeling in a slump, frazzled or frustrated with a mountain of broken dreams, then inject a little positivity with this calm place meditation. Step away from the chaos and chatter and enter the calm place in your mind. What will yours look like?
    Visualization is a mental conditioning and performance enhancement technique which is used by high-performing athletes and leaders. So why not use it yourself to improve your life? Guided imagery is a relaxation exercise that can be used at home in stressful moments.
    You will picture the details of this peaceful place: the colors, the surroundings, the sounds, and the sensations. Making the imagery as vivid as possible.
    As you enter your calm place in your minds eye, you'll notice a sense of calm and tranquility washing over you as if you are really there. This is your quiet place of peace and serenity, where you are safe to dig into your own wisdom and resources, it's amazing what a wealth of intuition you have when you calm the stress and leave the anxious thoughts behind. You will be encouraged to acknowledge past experiences and emotions safely and find the strength to let them go.
    You can use this meditation practice as a part of stress management, building your self-confidence or becoming more self-aware. Returning to the calm place in your mind whenever you need a moment of relaxation.
    Be well, be calm,
    ❤ Clare

    Thank you Claire for your beautiful meditations that I thought I did not need given I've been meditating for 40 years. I started firstly on your gut ones and they have helped me immensely. I now cant find the one where you had running water/stream in the background. Big thanks💚

    I like this meditation I don't like to bring my past in ths calm place. Its just for me to enjoy and relax in. Sometimes relaxing needs to be in a safe place.

    Your meditations are amazing. Can there be something for weight loss?

    • @GenerationCalm
      @GenerationCalm  8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Thank you, and I might consider that as there is a connection between excess cortisol and weight

    • @meghathakur6285
      @meghathakur6285 8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      That is so true. Excessive stress and feeling of threat results in excessive cortisol leading to binge eating and weight gain specially in belly area.

      Cynthia, I hope you got my email reply. I don't have any specific meditations or recommendations for adrenal fatigue, but you'll probably find any guided meditations or relaxation helpful.
