I just came back here to tell my story. I did this mediation to try and manifest my ex back. I did it for around 2 weeks and ended up bumping into him in a random part of Peru (we split while travelling) it was complete random. Anyway it was great and acted like a couple m but he didn’t want to be back with me. I continued this mediation and the 30 day no contact. I ended up meeting an amazing man just a few weeks later. Like a connection I’ve never ever felt before. It was crazy he felt the same as well. Pretty much fell in love right away and we have been travelling together since. So guys let the universe do it’s thing and just trust the process and don’t force anything. The universe always has a better plan.

Update: I started continuously listening to this each night around a year ago. I wasn’t obsessive, but I made it a routine. I felt positive that love was coming my way. I wasn’t sure how, but I just felt it. Then in June I met him. I was instantly drawn to him and he was to me, and less than a year later we now live together and we’re expecting a baby in October. Today is April 2, 2024, and I have a message for everyone watching this video. When it was November 2022, I started listening to this meditation every day, as I was really missing having a certain person in my life. I trusted the process, and not even 30 days later the unexpected happened. This girl and I met again, we started talking and hanging out again. When it was December 10, 2022, we finally decided to enter into a relationship, where we are to this day, happier than you can imagine. I want to share this story with you, in a way to reaffirm to myself, that when we have good intentions, believe in something better, and think about it, we can achieve it! Not only in our relationships, but spiritually, professionally, financially, etc... Listened to this for one week, before sleep. During that week I decided I just have to let go all expectations and enjoy life as it comes. Such a liberating feeling! After that week I got together with an old friend who'm I've been knowing for almost 10 years (we never dated). After 3 days we were saying "I love you", after 2 more days we decided we want to get married, we moved in together and we announced our friends. In October this year we are getting married, after 7 months of love relationship and everything feels so natural. Coming back after 30 days to give my update: at the end of last year I broke up with my boyfriend and I was feeling discredited about things, especially love; By chance I found this video this year in February and I started my 30-day journey with it and I didn't skip a single day of meditation. I started this meditation when I was heartbroken that my girlfriend of 6 years broke up with me. I have been doing the meditation for 6 weeks and she has come back to me. I was listening this meditation for months, back in beginning of 2019. Before I had no self worth, toxic relationships, met men that didn't align with me at all. I was unconsciously searching desperately for love. I felt unsure if a meditation could really help me, but I decided to give it a shot and just surrendered to this "experiment and energy ". I was just concentrating how this energy in the meditation made me feel and I started to shift my focus and feelings to LOVE. Not long after that, I met my soul mate. From the start he accepted me as I was, even I had still a lot of healing to do. Now, 5 years later, we have a stable, healthy, loving relationship. We are engaged and last year we got our first baby. ❤

I’ve been listening this for three days, because I couldn’t get over my ex, but guess what, I really don’t care about him, the way I used to, I am starting to forgive and forget him slowly and the biggest flex is that, I have started loving myself, and I feel like I deserve so much more, I literally feel so happy, complete and self sufficient. Day 6th: I feel amazing about myself, I have realised my worth, I made more friends, I get so many text messages from different people.

I was a bit skeptical about this whole meditation thing. But I wanted to try it because I was in a relationship with a narcissist and it made me completely burnt out and hollow. I wanted to feel some love and I knew that all the feelings and emotions were always within me. I used this meditation to help me to focus on those feelings and those memories. I listened to it for about a week and guess what happened? First, the toxic relationship I was in at the moment fall apart. She came to me and told me she realised she was using me all the time and she couldn't give anything in return, so she wanted to stop torturning me with fake promises. I guess it is the most loving thing a narcissist partner could ever do to you. And then, a week later I met a sweet, loving, caring, wonderful girl and we're together now. It feels so easy and natural with her, feels like I'm alive. So thank you so much Aaron! No stress, no anxiety, no thinking about why she's ghosting me, or why she's forgetting about my existence, why she's so cold etc. You deserve someone who will love you, who will care about you and with whom you'll feel alive and not burnt out or depressed. Stan Sinitsky Thank you for the kind words 💕. My situation isn’t quite as dire, we do have quite a few good days and he never ghosts me or anything like that. I honestly feel it’s a bit healthy too as I feel my expectations are too high and I need to learn to let people be who they are and stop trying to change and control things. I feel there’s a reason I’m with him right now but also realize things won’t change and I shouldn’t lower my explanations THAT much :). My situation is also harder because he was my brothers best friend in high school. He always had a crush on me but I never saw him that way though I DID love him. Just not in the way he wanted. I went into it loving him I guess is what I’m trying to say and I’ll always love him...no matter what happens. He’s trying too, that’s the hard part...he just thinks and feels a lot differently than I do and I often feel like my needs aren’t being met. We’ll see what happens anyways. Again though, thank you for replying. My eyes teared up a bit on “you deserve to be loved”. I do. I really do.

No. I know it is hard and it is painful. But I want to share with you a thing that made it easier for me to go through the breakup, might work for you as well. Right now you have a choice. You can fall into pain and depression for a long time OR you can help yourself and use this time to improve and become a better person. Quit your bad habits, learn how to be happy and how to enjoy life no matter what. For me, I realized some of my mistakes in a romantic relationship (like being insecure, anxious, not believing in myself or not thinking that I'm worthy of love) and I worked on improving those flaws. For the first week I wanted to improve and to get my ex girlfriend back, but during the second week I realized that I don't need her. I may still have feelings for her but I will also get back all the problems with her. It's like smoking - I really enjoyed smoking cigarettes but they were bad for my health so I quit. I don't smoke for two weeks and I finally can breathe and feel all scents and smells, it's amazing! The same goes for relationship. You will meet a person and you will find it so easy to love him. This person will value you and will love you for who you are and you will want to do the same for him. It is only the matter of time. Do the meditation, do thing that make you smile and make you happy, trust the journey and trust the Universe. I found this meditation 1 year ago. I was not so strict about it, I guess I listened to it 3-4 times for a month. I actually did not think I would find a partner, I just wanted to love myself more... My advice: don't overthink it just try to see if it works for you, it is a very soothing meditation ❤ Update: I come back to this meditation from time to time when I am feeling overwhelmed about life; it soothes me so much. I just came back here to tell my story. I did this mediation to try and manifest my ex back. I did it for around 2 weeks and ended up bumping into him in a random part of Peru (we split while travelling) it was complete random. Today is April 2, 2024, and I have a message for everyone watching this video.
When it was November 2022, I started listening to this meditation every day, as I was really missing having a certain person in my life. I trusted the process, and not even 30 days later the unexpected happened. This girl and I met again, we started talking and hanging out again. When it was December 10, 2022, we finally decided to enter into a relationship, where we are to this day, happier than you can imagine.

Listened to this for one week, before sleep. During that week I decided I just have to let go all expectations and enjoy life as it comes. Such a liberating feeling! After that week I got together with an old friend who'm I've been knowing for almost 10 years (we never dated). After 3 days we were saying "I love you", after 2 more days we decided we want to get married, we moved in together and we announced our friends. In October this year we are getting married, after 7 months of love relationship and everything feels so natural. It's not just the meditation, but your state of mind: stop chasing love - you could actually be blocking it.

Coming back after 30 days to give my update: at the end of last year I broke up with my boyfriend and I was feeling discredited about things, especially love; By chance I found this video this year in February and I started my 30-day journey with it and I didn't skip a single day of meditation. Uhm so wow?! I saw the comments, started listening to this and I'm like yeah right this cant work. Low and behold. I've been listening to it for 1 week maybe. Not daily though. It's been a while, but I remember I was mostly imagining hugging my soulmate and truly feeling our love and his energy. And just the pure feeling of happiness! So I would say I mostly concentrated on the feelings, rather than any action etc :)

I’ve been listening this for three days, because I couldn’t get over my ex, but guess what, I really don’t care about him, the way I used to, I am starting to forgive and forget him slowly and the biggest flex is that, I have started loving myself, and I feel like I deserve so much more, I literally feel so happy, complete and self sufficient.

I want to share my story:
Three years ago, I came across this video on TH-cam and even tho I didn’t believe in manifesting, I listened to it, because I needed to meditate before going to bed. After maybe ten times listening to this, I’ve met my first boyfriend. We were together for a year and a half, we were living together and I was certain he was the love of my life. Now, when we broke up, I was devastated. I thought that my life had no purpose and I was hospitalized. Now, it’s been eleven months and I came across this video again. I’m listening to it every day, because it truly helps me. I’m not ready for a relationship, so that’s not the love I’m seeking. I’m listening to this, because the true love that I’m reconnecting with is in me. So, that's the reason?! I've been wondering, why my dog always comes to lie on my lap in the middle of meditation.
I was a bit skeptical about this whole meditation thing. But I wanted to try it because I was in a relationship with a narcissist and it made me completely burnt out and hollow. I wanted to feel some love and I knew that all the feelings and emotions were always within me. I used this meditation to help me to focus on those feelings and those memories. I listened to it for about a week and guess what happened? First, the toxic relationship I was in at the moment fall apart. She came to me and told me she realised she was using me all the time and she couldn't give anything in return, so she wanted to stop torturning me with fake promises. I guess it is the most loving thing a narcissist partner could ever do to you. And then, a week later I met a sweet, loving, caring, wonderful girl and we're together now. It feels so easy and natural with her, feels like I'm alive. So thank you so much Aaron! I want to try different meditations now because I realised how powerful our feelings, emotions, thoughts and energies are. Peace, love and Namaste!

No stress, no anxiety, no thinking about why she's ghosting me, or why she's forgetting about my existence, why she's so cold etc. You deserve someone who will love you, who will care about you and with whom you'll feel alive and not burnt out or depressed. Stan Sinitsky Thank you for the kind words 💕. My situation isn’t quite as dire, we do have quite a few good days and he never ghosts me or anything like that. I honestly feel it’s a bit healthy too as I feel my expectations are too high and I need to learn to let people be who they are and stop trying to change and control things. I feel there’s a reason I’m with him right now but also realize things won’t change and I shouldn’t lower my explanations THAT much :). My situation is also harder because he was my brothers best friend in high school. He always had a crush on me but I never saw him that way though I DID love him. Just not in the way he wanted. I went into it loving him I guess is what I’m trying to say and I’ll always love him...no matter what happens. He’s trying too, that’s the hard part...he just thinks and feels a lot differently than I do and I often feel like my needs aren’t being met. We’ll see what happens anyways.

Right now you have a choice. You can fall into pain and depression for a long time OR you can help yourself and use this time to improve and become a better person. Quit your bad habits, learn how to be happy and how to enjoy life no matter what. For me, I realized some of my mistakes in a romantic relationship (like being insecure, anxious, not believing in myself or not thinking that I'm worthy of love) and I worked on improving those flaws. For the first week I wanted to improve and to get my ex girlfriend back, but during the second week I realized that I don't need her. I may still have feelings for her but I will also get back all the problems with her. It's like smoking - I really enjoyed smoking cigarettes but they were bad for my health so I quit. I don't smoke for two weeks and I finally can breathe and feel all scents and smells, it's amazing! The same goes for relationship. You will meet a person and you will find it so easy to love him. This person will value you and will love you for who you are and you will want to do the same for him. It is only the matter of time. Do the meditation, do thing that make you smile and make you happy, trust the journey and trust the Universe. I found this meditation 1 year ago. I was not so strict about it, I guess I listened to it 3-4 times for a month. I actually did not think I would find a partner, I just wanted to love myself more... But shortly after, I got into a relationship, and it is the best relationship I have ever had, my heart is so warm and fuzzy. My advice: don't overthink it just try to see if it works for you, it is a very soothing meditation ❤
Update: I come back to this meditation from time to time when I am feeling overwhelmed about life; it soothes me so much. We are still together by the way it has been 1.5 years.

I started doing this meditation back around feb last year, not long after I met a guy. Didnt think he would be anything serious for me. But over the next several months I learned him better and we fell in love with each other, and now he is my boyfriend. And more to that - he is literally the best guy Ive ever had, the relationships are beautiful. Hi beautiful souls, I want to share with you my experience. I was doing fine (I had everything but missed a loving man from my life) when I started to listen to this meditation. Wanted to share my story here. I've listened to this meditation at the end of last year, I was stumbling upon this video by accident and gave it a try. I have to say I wasn't too dedicated listening to it consistently over and over but here it comes...
Two or three months later I met this wonderful girl on a trip to Costa Rica. We've connected on such a deep level like I have never felt in my life. There was a lot of fire between us, beautiful deep conversations, healing touch and shared memories. We come from different parts of the world but we're planning to marry and connect our lives permanently ♥️
