    Lol I take caffeine and then ashwaganda to counter all the cortisol and anxiety, I’m now very energetic while simultaneously being logical and coordinated…

      Do this: Eat 2x stocks of celery every day for 10 days in addition to doing whatever you want. Then continue to do whatever you want...for the rest of your life you will always go back to eating 1-2 stocks of celery every day. I promise.

    A good one to mention on this subject is that taking Calcium with D3 should also be taken with K2, in the form of menaquinone-7. Think of D3 as the fishing net, so in this interaction, it helps absorb calcium. K2 is the crew that stores the fish away on the boat. Without K2, they just throw fish all over the boat. K2 is a major part of the bodies ability to put calcium where it's suppose to be.
    D3 and calcium are extremely effective in raising your calcium levels, and that might seem like a good thing, but if you don't have enough vitamin K2 on hand, the calcium will end up where you don't want it. Vitamin K2 activates a protein called matrix GLA which removes calcium from soft tissues and it also activates osteocalcin, which holds calcium to bone.
    I know these aren't necessarily 'fitness' supplements but so many people reccomend supplementing D3, and I never hear anything about K2.

      I can verify this 100%. I was taking plenty of D3 but still had low levels on my blood work. It wasn't until I added K2 that my vitamin D and calcium levels skyrocketed. I actually have discontinued taking a calcium supplement because of it.

      Do you still need K2 of your Vitamin D is obtained from the sun? I think the Vitamin D from the sun is Vitamin D2 and food source is D3 not sure, and D3 is just a precursor of D2. Not sure. What’s up with that?

    Caffeine and L-Ornithine. Good combo.

    Niacin...? You guys really think that's what was in the original Hotstuff...? Not saying that's wrong or that I know what it was, but it sure didn't seem like Niacin to me. I'd previously used Niacin back then and have continued to use it since periodically, so I'm very aware of the Niacin flush. Sure, tge original Hotstuff would make me feel warm, but it was very different than a Niacin flush.

      Would recommend Eaa if training fasted, bcaa are only taking if you are struggling to get your protein in for the day

      Absolutely. BCAA Givee you insane energy but it also spikes your insulin so you won't be able to lose weight. But you will replenish your glycogen. Protein shake after workout ? No. Eat a banana. If you are cutting only take BCAA 3 hrs after your workout - protein synthesis begins 3-4 hrs after your training and then continues on while you sleep. So eat your normal meal after workout and then do a shake 3 hrs after. Take casein protein before bed.

      Absorption issues? Nah but you could drop a few things, it seems like your trying to raise your natural t levels, and honestly you should add a high quality mineral that has zinc and boron first than if you don't like the results after two months add tongat Ali. The goal should always be make yourself feel better without too many extras. Realistically if your trying to put on muscle by raising your t levels or thin out your better off fixing everything first diet, sleep, and regimen before using any of those. They help but not to the degree which you think they are going too, I am not a doctor, but I sure as hell take a lot of different things to see how my body reacts. I experiment a lot, I've seen great results with ecdysterone, I increased muscle mass and lost weight simultaneously after training for several years. Hopefully I helped if not sorry bro. 😐

      @@Alex-il6pn yeah you’re definitely right that I need to get my sleep schedule and diet on track. The vitamin/mineral supplements were ones I wasn’t getting the RDA of in a diet plan I created for myself, but I haven’t been following it so I gotta get my discipline back up. And my entire life will improve if I get on a good sleep schedule. I’ll look into the high quality mineral thing. The tongkat ali and fadogia are already on the way, and I bought nearly a years supply so I’m probably going to take them. Thanks man

      It depends how much protein and what type you are taking. If you are just below muscle protein synthesis level then Leucine can help you get to that level. If you already take a heavy protein load then extra leucine won't do anything.

      Not safe to mix any supps that contain caffeine with others that have the opposite affect. When the body rebounds and the affects wear off, it can cause death.

    No way BCAAs are a waste of money. It’s not about total protein. It’s about protein threshold. You need atleast 30G of protein per meal to activate MTOR. Some people just don’t have enough during certain meals in which case they should be supplementing with BCAAs
