To all btech job seeker, don't get upset if you don't get placed in college campus. You can easiliy get job in bangalore. you just need to keep patience. Even I was not got placed during college campus but I didn't lose hope and came to bangalore and got job within 4 months. It's been around 7yrs and working in a reputated company with very good package. So, don't loose hope and keep working hard. All the best.

Very nice speech sir, I am working in a start-up company from past 5 years. I am looking for a job change, But I failed in 2-3 interviews. After watching your I analyse myself where I am failing. I am little bit lack in my communication skills as well as technical skills. Always I started after some days I got bored and stop practising because I already have a job in my hand.
