Woohoo I’ve been waiting for something like this! We have very similar body shapes etc except obviously you’re slimmer & I too want to lose 20kgs in a realistic way as a mum who isn’t really into fitness stuff yet
We are so busy looking after everyone else it’s hard to look after ourselves. The shakes really helped kick start it for me being a busy mum but just knowing what foods & how much was the key. Nutrition is 80% fitness 20%

How do you work out how many calories are in everything?
I use the fitness pal app. It helps me get a guide even if it’s not 100% I try to get close enough. I’ve been doing it a while now so you get used to knowing how much is in most things.
Did the nutritionist tell you how much you should be having?
