I used only 150g of the cream cheese, because the image of the cheese looks way less than 250g. I was nervous about this change, but it was delicious at the end! Thank you again!

The top layer the pudding was set well but it’s out of the fridge it separates from the cheesecake please let me know what went wrong. 3. When the cheesecake is out of the Ref after 15 to20 min it starts melting how to keep it firm for a longer time

I made the cake, it is very nice. The only problem I had was when I cut the cake the bottom crust didn't hold nicely, it crumbled. What did I do wrong?
I love this, I'm going to make it and follow the instructions without fail. I own a food truck in the Philippines where I have one, particularly unpleasant , English ,regular customer. Although he is a repeat diner he never fails to find something to complain about... size of portions and pricing. etc.( I don't make a profit out of this blowhard ), If he complains about this I'll have the long awaited reason to break his nose.
