After a long wait, the Beloved Tomboyish Girl coverswap is finally here, featuring 99 (haha.) different versions of the ice fairy's theme. This was quite difficult to make, since there have been many vastly different interpretations of Cirno's theme over the years that do not mesh together that well (in addition to some last-minute technical difficulties). But oh well, Cirno is not the type to bother making something sound neat. Happy Cirno Day to all!

Where is X version?
I only put 99 different versions in here, for obvious reasons. There are more than 99 different versions of Beloved Tomboyish Girl. Therefore, some had to be left out since it'd be impossible to fit more than 99 different versions in a video that only uses 99 different versions. There is no "forgetting" a version - only an intentional yet regrettable exclusion. As much as I'd like for the video to be infinitely long, we have to keep within reason!
What's next?
I was initially planning on Idolatrize World due to the popularity poll vote, but that had to be delayed due to development on my r/place documentary. The next will likely be Septette for the Dead Princess, but again no guarantees and it probably won't be soon.

Cirno is so much of an iconic character in Touhou that you don’t have to be necessary a Touhou fan at all to have even the slightest knowledge of her. She’s not the strongest nor the smartest and she barely even appears in Touhou recently anymore but her impact in the community has been pretty large enough. Long live our favorite beloved tomboyish ⑨! ᗜˬᗜ
Cirno's position in the fandom is quite interesting. I'd like to look at it sometime for a video. Perhaps next Cirno Day.

Fun Fact: Out of all the fairies she's actually the smartest out of all of them, being able to read and do basic math. The strongest however would be Clownpiece because of Junko's Purification (idk if i'm right on this since I didn't research, just heard it from somewhere)

Last year, I tried to assemble a playlist of 99 versions of Cirno's theme(s) to put on loop for Cirno Day. I managed a couple dozen.
It's a bit too late in the day to make proper use of the bounty I've reaped here, but my Cirno Day 2023 will have another...holy crap I opened a lot of tabs...versions on that playlist!

EDIT I FORGOT TO SPECIFY it was a cover by lola (vocaloid) that got uploaded in 2004 and then got removed until 2007 when it was reuploaded again. so rhere you go touhou literally made history. again

if you do this again sometime in the future, i would recommend adding the gabber style arrange by the circle kinzok on called CRAZY SICK GIRL on the album GENSOU HARDOUND 004!! kinzok on is a really underappreciated circle!!!
I don't intend to do remasters of any of the songs, but I will keep the circle in mind for future videos.

Silver Forest made ケロ⑨Destiny in 2007, and then later made ⑨destiny ～ ずっとチルノのターン in 2008, (which was only a parody of Beloved Tomboyish Girl, instead of also including Native Faith like ケロ⑨Destiny originally did.)
⑨destiny ～ ずっとチルノのターン is what oxi (the person who made the lyrics of Kasane Teritory) made a parody of.
My guy really sourced all the SiIvagunner artists. Utmost respect.
