Btw Azshara was "teased" back in vanillia, since there was a burried dark portal in Azsuna and if you went close enough the location name changed to Azshara's tomb or what cant remember but it was a clear sign of her. There were several naga around the coast too whit some giants in the water. The lore said Azshara was deep underground around that place of which she whispered Deathwing (former king of the black dragonkin) to madness and turn evil. We know this around the Lich King expansion cuz she had a connection whith the titan in Ulduar. (I think she was the reason it could peak trough its prision) As far as I know this deep dark lord whatever was basicly a retcon of her origin story. Cuz in the burning crussade Illidan supposedlly raised the naga world up on the surface, but here its kinda drowned again. And the naga supposed to be just simply evolutioned to being naga from the high elfes just like how the trolls are an evolutioned from the high elfes too in the forrests away from the tree of lots of manaflow whatever. Like the blood elves were high elfes too but forced to be divided from the mana pool due to kill demons obligations. (thats why i was wondering how Khel'thalas got corrupted, thats just dumb imho, hmm well he wanted mana i guess pretty badlly and deamons got a lot to spare) So yeah Azshra was pretty much from day 0 in there.
Man, i hope you're getting better and recovering asap. I don't play wow anymore, but the storyline is pretty amusing for me, and you're one of the best source i could find for it, so wouldn't want anything bad happening to ya.

Haven’t seen this yet, but if it’s like there’s a Murlock resistance, it was established when the Naga first appeared that they had enslaved the murlocks so it makes sense their would be a resistance
Maybe the queen of the Naga wants the alliance and horde to kill the last old god. Free her from its service, it could be shes bound to the old god so if she fights it , her power is drained or removed and she gets killed off.

I still can't get over how much they've butchered Jainas character. The daughter of the sea cinematic set her up to be so interesting in this expansion. Now she's just back as a faction tying plot device..
Thats what I was thinking as well, but I think Blizzard made her way too powerful and now have trouble writting stuff involving her without being inconvinient
What I don't understand is why the villains keep being so arrogant in WoW. At this point our characters are basically Gods, we've killed these '' impossible '' to kill people over and over again and they keep acting as if they're any different. At this point villains should be scared and just run away xD

How hard is it to just acknowledge the fact that the player character is virtually immortal and can just return their soul to their body? They did it with the Demon Hunter starting quests and it was a nice little nod, much better than just keeping the player character alive because reasons.

I find that plate armor tends to get quite itchy and moldy when you get water stuck in uncomfortable places. The incoming rash is also not so pleasant.

Well Khadgar refused the mantle of Azeroth protector. And since we got the hearth of it as a medalion we took over that responsibility. Now he is just sort of demoted to a random mage and owner of Karazhan that is practicly a meaningless landlord, especially that the whole place lost all magical affinity after the legion got rekt. Both the player and Jaina shits all over his powers since he was a shitty aprentice and refused all chances to get 1337 powers. He is a wise council at best at this point in Dalaran and not even close to be powerfull enough to challange anyone there in that regard. So yeah he cant do jack shit at this point.
A and H ending their feud? Hahaha, how naive. Conflict means money. Blizzard is soulbound to those old gods. (The ones goblins worship.) Inb4 oldgodded baby Azshara companion pet in the shop.
Agreed, i'm tired this alliance vs horde feud. It feels dumb, they can end it in before the storm, but blizz play this plot again and again. Sigh it's kinda boring, we know sylvie ploting something, we know anduin try to know it, and player must forced to do stupid and dumb thing.

Plot twist, that’s Sylvannas in banshee form not N’zoth Azshara is talking to. She’s made a bargain with Azshara to free herself of whatever ‘locked away’ means to her, in exchange for sealing N’zoth in the blade and freeing Azshara of her allegiance to him.
I don't get why the alliance and the horde were even on the boats.... Quest text was basically get on a boat we have a mission. Am I missing something?
So Jaina has nothing to say when she sees Ashvane with the Naga? Is like she forgot about Ashvane like Daenerys kinda forgot about Euron and his fleet :))
She also kinda forgot about her own fleet, where she coulda saved a couple ships from tumbling down with all their crews but watched peacefully before telling you she'll get you down safely.
This reminds me of why I stopped playing WOW. This storytelling, while not super-polished, is fine. It's when you have to go through the same story 5 times on different characters that every minor flaw becomes game-breaking. If WOW had FF14's class system, I'd have bought a lifetime pass.

Hiya there. I always record with game setting at 9/10. Setting it at 10/10 can cause weird issues sometimes with certain shaders. But I think 9 is a decent enough level. If it looks off, then it might just be the way Nazjatar is designed as a zone (foggy/darker). A similar effect I remember from Argus.
Wonder why you don't see Sylvannas anywere? at the 1:00 mark thats her being empowered by Azshara. Like with Ashvane, Sylvannas to entered into a deal with Azshara. Just like the leak said months ago, in 8.3 Sylvannas will turn the tables on the alliance.
Ok I didn't want to spoil myself but still opened the video out of temptation, only watched the first 10 seconds but, the single thought that came to my head was: Mars, that's all, enough to get me excited, I'm off to play.
Really? Jaina and Genn are among the Alliance leaders involved in this? I would have expected Tyrande and Malfurion, because you know, they were old enemies of Azshara.
Though to be fair it’s in the water and Jania is the water leader pretty much for the alliance. Also, with everything that’s happened to the Night Elves recently, I’m not really all that surprised that Malfurion and Tyrainde decided to sit this one out. They have more important things to take care of right now

Well Khadgar refused the mantle of Azeroth protector. And since we got the hearth of it as a medalion we took over that responsibility. Now he is just sort of demoted to a random mage and owner of Karazhan that is practicly a meaningless landlord, especially that the whole place lost all magical affinity after the legion got rekt.
Both the player and Jaina shits all over his powers since he was a shitty aprentice and refused all chances to get 1337 powers. He is a wise council at best at this point in Dalaran and not even close to be powerfull enough to challange anyone there in that regard. So yeah he cant do jack shit at this point.

Agreed, i'm tired this alliance vs horde feud. It feels dumb, they can end it in before the storm, but blizz play this plot again and again. Sigh it's kinda boring, we know sylvie ploting something, we know anduin try to know it, and player must forced to do stupid and dumb thing.

She also kinda forgot about her own fleet, where she coulda saved a couple ships from tumbling down with all their crews but watched peacefully before telling you she'll get you down safely.
Anyone else find Greymanes voice...strange? Seems like a different voice actor. He's lost that rough, aged, growl he's had in prior instances.

This reminds me of why I stopped playing WOW. This storytelling, while not super-polished, is fine. It's when you have to go through the same story 5 times on different characters that every minor flaw becomes game-breaking. If WOW had FF14's class system, I'd have bought a lifetime pass.

Hiya there. I always record with game setting at 9/10. Setting it at 10/10 can cause weird issues sometimes with certain shaders. But I think 9 is a decent enough level. If it looks off, then it might just be the way Nazjatar is designed as a zone (foggy/darker). A similar effect I remember from Argus.

He was the King of Gilneas before the Worgens invaded and he was turned into one of the Worgen, since then he's kinda been Anduin/Varian's butt buddy.
