Blastking Speakers are a well established and reliable brand in the US, Upon testing them comparing them to the EV ELX 115P they are comparable if not superior in terms of Power, thanks to their 2inch HF driver and 3 inch voice coil. Both are wooden cabinets except that the finish of the Blastking is more of the EV ETX Finish. If you're looking for the best bang for your buck, the Blastking for Sure
I would like to add, that the Blastking is Far superior than the Mackie thump 15BST as I've tested them too, as well as the Behringer B115D. For a DJ and other sound applications these are really nicely built and sound Musical
So glad I came across your video. Been an on and off viewer of yours and was just about to buy the Eon 615 due to dependability but luckily you provided the Blastking option. Now I'm just waiting for delivery. Told them Expert Island got me to their website. Previously bought the Harbinger Vari 12" 1st gen a few years back but it didn't have enough low end for my liking. I gotta have that BASS!!! Thanks for making all your informative videos and keep up the good work.
Thanks for your transparency, Blastking the name says it all.. Reading between the lines It sounds like their purpose and design is to be loud without accuracy with little to some clarity. Thanks for your honest review. They definitely have a purpose...
Love your presentation you go into great detail. You have me sold on irx jbl’s 112 Bluetooth . I’m so glad that you have these presentations will keep on watching to gain knowledge. Thanks again
Hey, i loved this breakdown. I am on a very limited budget and i am looking for a pair of speakers for live entertainment for a small band. What do you suggest i look into?
have a look at the Harbinger V2312 or 15 or for More Power V4112 or 15 at Guitar Center here is the link you can rent or buy New or Used to save even more. here is the link guitar-center.pxf.io/HarbingerSpeakers
I would very much appreciate your opinions and advice on powered speakers for piano keyboards that produce a rich sound from various instruments and accompaniments.
Thank you for your humble reviews, I decided on buying 2 altec lightning and at the moment have 4, but was wondering about this speaker and how do they compare to them, Is it louder?. Want to update from the altec lightning. Thank you in advance. One more thing what would you recommend or say that is a stepping up from the altec lightning. (NOT A 1000$+)
@@expertisland is hard to get them at the moment, thank you!, I was considering as an upgrade from my lightnings, as far as I can tell the lightnings are louder than the new mackies, well not the latest ones.
Great video Robin!! Do you by any chance know of Blastking dealers near or in California? I purchased 1 BLastking and they are currently sold out! So going on about 2 months now and I need the pair!! Any recommendations greatly appreciated!!
Because its like a REAL dj speaker comparing it to a bedroom dj level speaker is just dumb🙄no way these Blastkings are better than a JBL SRX15, if so everyone would be talking and buying them. I would buy it for my man cave but wouldnt trust it using at any even or gig, no way idc how much this guy is sayin they are reliable 🤦♂️
yes, you can buy either of them for church use, but keep safe levels on your sound. test it out first and make sure it's loud enough, if it isn't, buy more (or just a more powerful speaker). - church engineer
1200w peak how much rms do they have? In Jbl its 1000 peak but 500w Rms and you can go to high volumes without loose defenition and quality in sound. It worth every cent I pay for them. I own Jbl Eon 612 and love the original dsp from them. Also have a different configuration made phone Jbl app that is in speaker memory that I can change if I need to. For weddings with 160 guests only use 2 jbl 612 and and a db opera 615 sub and have a very good sound in room. If I have more people I use 2 subs db opera 615. It's not much times for me to get weddings with more than 160 people those days.
A little foggy on your "no active crossover" comment. You say it has individual power amps...750/450 so it's Got to be crossed over before the signal hits the power amps, I mean you're not going to force 45hrz through a mid/hi horn power amp with out ruining the signal. you should investigate a little more becuase curious minds wanna know.
What is so great about a f'ing speaker that lights up like a christmas tree, I want quality and durability and a trusted brand not some overpriced Walmart special little billy wants for his bedroom😂
HELP! HELP! HELP! @expertisland or anyone. What About the Blastking KXDII12A I and going to start Mobile DJing and will be ready to buy speakers in March 2020 I want to get a pair of 12" since I will be doing parties on the smaller end 150 guests and a lot of back yard house parties ., I will add sub towards the end of the year for the holiday events. I do not mind to pay a bit more for the 12" tops to get a louder better sound but not more than $500 each, of course, I was shooting for the $300-400 each range. Why 12" ? Size, Space, basic dj package because of the going rate in my area until I build up my Reputation and equipment.

I did purchase from Blastking direct not only are they out of stock on pretty much all the speakers but the prices have gone up $100 more!!
The JBL is just so much cleaner and crisper.

Yeah think Im going with blastkings. Like Alto because they have different size subwoofers. But their woofers are crap.
how does it compare to the altec lansing lightning?
thank you for your videos!👍
I'd like to know that too. The Lightnings seem to have better features, but they could use more bass.
Excellent Review however for 649 tag I'm buying JBL.
looks like the old Alto Black series amps that used to get hot and melt the glue inside on the components I hope not
I was thinking the same.

its 1200w rms not peak
@@mikeagahzadeh4089 Go to speaker website and check. That is the power of the amplifier. Usually rms power is half of it or less.
Guys the BK is clean and crisp at max volume . Trust me its extremely loud and build quality is perfect
The KXDII15A the most powerful Active Loudspeaker on the market???
Saludos tengo dos bocinas Blastking Blade de 1,000 Watts de 12" como puedo yo instalarla a las dos para que se oigan las dos!!!!
Directamente desde su teléfono, primer altavoz Bluetooth, luego XLR al segundo altavoz
In live setting not DJ mics setting and vocal clarity

JBL highs sound like 70` JBL compressin driver,
Blastking sounds better
Keep in mind you can tweet JBL with the app..
@@318benzo4 yeah. and if you put shugar to ya shit, it will be chocolate

What about the blastking active subwoofers... how good are they?
BlastKing just sent the top but if the sub has the same matching amp plate it should sound great.
The blastking single 18 sub is really powerful . And sounds great .
You need to push the JBLs much more
