    What I learned:
-breathing technique to deal with stress
    -being out in nature more
-relationships with people you value can decrease stress
-try to become more known/popular at the place your a regular at
-to hug my mother/family every morning with meaning
-that being touched in any way can actually decrease stress
I know you probably won't see this, but thanks Hamza for making this video (and channel honestly) that has helped me become a better person

    1. Scrolling becomes boring instantly. I can't be distracted.
    2. Heavily edited videos don't work on my mind.
    3. Shiny red p*ssy-colored notifications became much less distracting.
    4. Jefferys mad.

Hey Hamza my parents caught my lil bro watching porn about 2 weeks ago, and seeing him disappointed in a state of shame as a young growing man reminded me of myself when I was young, from age 14-16 I've made the exact same mistakes and i never ever had someone to guide me so had to go down the hard route of truly trying to overcome my addictions, after 5 years of being consistent on self improvement seeing significant changes not only mentally, physically and spiritually i neglected my lil bro and I'm taking him under my wing and teaching him the ways of an Adonis, and I'd like to welcome him to the tribe💪

Keep it up bro, see where you messed up, exactly write down what you first planned to do, what you actually did, and what you should have done. Then for the next semester, make sure you do exactly what you plan (studying, finishing school work, revising, etc)
70% of succeeded is actually doing what you say you will
Also, it's best to completely ditch the bad habits (keep yourself as far away from your console or whatever) it's not a good strategy long-term, bit it helps you build Study momentum
      Good luck bro

If you're reading this Hamza, firstly, thank you for everything. Secondly, it would be great to get a 'How to prepare for fatherhood guide.' You could talk about how to prepare for further in the future, like moving to the right environment, having enough money and learning good father-like behaviour. And you could talk about how to prepare for when our wives are pregnant, like diet and a chemical-free and stress-free environment (as you mentioned).

It’s so crazy I finally hear someone talk about this. I’m not sure if anyone else can relate but years ago when I was younger I would always say I felt like I was in a dream almost. And it would stress me out so much because we couldn’t figure out why I was feeling like that but it’s the same thing your talking about, that “haze” and I figured it was being in video games for 7 hours a day and stuff. Obviously I know that now but I never new that before.

Counteracting stress all starts with the breath - bring awareness to every inhale allowing relaxation and gratitude for the miraculously complex mechanism that is unfolding every single second
With this in mind you will eliminate stress because you will simply be grateful for existence...
I implement breathing exercises in order to induce flow states where I can achieve incredible levels of creative output. - this mental practice is a key component of my life as a musician.
I make songs intentionally aimed at young men who are striving towards a better future and elevating in every facet of existence ⌛️💎

i'm fourteen lol, if I end up poor than obviously I don't want that many but iv'e got a really good brain for business so i don't think ill be poor. 12 is just the dream scenario. the reason I want that many is that I want to basically deticate my life to building a family and raising the best kids I can, and in return they will bring e grandchildren and take care of me in my old age. plus my grandma wanted twelve but she only got to eleven before she was to old so I see it as carrying on her legacy. and finally iv'e always loved the dynamic of large familys, for some reason I want that sort of crazy household that is full of life. @@DiggingDeepVlog

I have an advice for anyone who is facing mobile/social media addiction/distraction.
If you are in android, go to settings, then digital wellbeing, then go to focus mode.
Set it up and choose the apps that distracts you ( in my case it was TH-cam).
Focus mode reminds you that it is on and does not let you open the app.
You can pause and stop the focus mode according to your wishes. I suggest to keep it on most of the time.
I hope you found this worth your time :)

  • @deokcs
    @deokcs ปีที่แล้ว +2

Hamza, i will help you help yourself.
There is one thing you didn't mention, but is creating an habit of exercising in nature, but not only passive, but active. I think something that helped me alot to channel my stress into positivity is cycling. I like Mountain Biking, but some road biking is cool as well. I am not into that downhill stuff, or extreme shit, but i like to pedal to watch the scenary, while i challenge myself trying to do 20km/h~ average speed, or do a climb on a hill without getting extremely fatigued. Anyways.
Cycling helps us build stronger, more connected bodies with nature and our mind. I think exercising on the gym or doing calisthenics on a park is good, but for real, cycling made my mind soooo much better, and got me a level of discipline that, i may assure you is already high, but like, after cycling on the morning, i can hop on a 8 hour long streak of deep work, in flow state, without even thinking of it.
I think you have good money, and live in the UK, which is very bike friendly overall. So i would recommend you buying at least a Road Bike, and trying it out. The first five to ten days will be miserable. Learning to pedal efficiently... Learning to position your body... Learning to make the bike more comfortable and learning about the bike... etc. You can in 1 hour pedal more than 20km, which is a lot, better then 99% of people who don't even move their asses in the day.
Get a bike to go to the gym, and then start using it outside the gym. One day you will prefer to pedal instead of train in the gym, because seeing the nature makes our brain more passionate then doing same basic shit all the time.

For the advice at 10:40, just turning your color filter into grayscale didn't really personally help me. What actually helped me was to do the "classic invert" where it just inverts all the colors on your display. This will make your phone just unpleasant to look at, especially when watching videos (people look hella creepy when colors are inverted). Personally for me, this makes me not want to go on my phone that often (only when it is necessary).
I hope this advice helps you guys!
