Don’t you love it when they actually use something you lived through and everyone else is saying “I’m imagining memories of a time I didn’t actually live and it’s wonderful” meanwhile you’re having PTSD Smh lol
Hickory native here! This was the year before I was born but I swear I've felt I heard the opening track at some point in my life. Hickory was THE place to be in the 90's. I miss it so much💔
Somehow, this brings back memories that have never existed in my life. Almost like a lookalike of me has grown up in the 1980s, spent their childhood on the NES, their teenager years on the SEGA Genesis, and along the way, has watched his personal favorite weather (besides The Weather Channel, of course) and news channels hundreds of times throughout his early years and even youth. He’s come a long way throughout the years, and so did I myself. And his name? *His name… is Mark.*
surprised im just now finding this, it's kind of incredible to come across an artist who exactly captures experiences and feelings you thought were unique to yourself. growing up in the midwest us gave me some really profound weather anxieties coupled with a morbid curiosity that keeps bringing me back to those old days huddled around the old tv in the basement guest room, waiting for the storm to pass. stellar work.
Call this climatewave because this shit go more fire over time damn 🔥
thank you homie 💖💖
@@Kana_Piano Ofc slime this shit hard ✊
😄Climatewave, it is, then. I'm gonna keep typing it until no more autocorrect happens.
@@craffte weatherwave works too!
SO stoked that I found this amazing record, an all-time favorite ever since I first heard it on SoundCloud. Excellent and etc.!
Ah yes, the calm and soothing dreamweather: the tornado warning. Kinda like life sometimes.
I LOVE how this get spooky. The weather Channel is calm and soothing during normal weather, but when a tornado is coming, that shit is scary.
My 7th grade science teacher was a skier and usually had the weather channel on during study time.
Very unsettling, considering I live around Hickory and was alive during the '89 outbreak. Didn't think I'd see this on my recommendations.
I was born about a year and a half after that time.
How did you fare brother?

Fucking weird comment pal.
I love this comment.
Deja Vu fr
That’s kinda weird lol
Reminds me of being a kid. I love this.
Having grown up in Alabama, you couldn't have picked a more nostalgic image. Those tornado warnings happened like twice a week in the spring.
Commenting to help with the algorithm because more people need to see this
YES this is exactly what I’m looking for thank you TH-cam recommendations🤘
Interstate 77 is probably the most relaxing song I’ve ever heard. Absolutely blown away by this whole project. Hope you keep going.

what's the original song of "SVS"?
Do you have the names of the original instrumentals to look up on TH-cam?
some of them may or may not have been identified through copyright by youtube in the description already
1995
No it says 1989 on the video.
Superb!
