      Loved this workout! I injured my back/shoulder a month ago using the kettlebell so this video was perfect to get me back in the swing :) I tried to follow ya'll other HIIT workouts but it was much tougher than I expected. Hope to see more low impact videos that actually make ya sweat. Thank you!

    I am in a Zoom workout group with family members from 3 different states, some in our 20s and some in our 50s. We meet 5 days a week switching off between yoga, pilates and Juice and Toya workouts. You guys are AWESOME! We love the work you give us!     I'm a person with a disability on my foot and this workout was great no pounding joints just pier sweat! I ain't going to let my foot disability put me down , I'm it's boss! Thanks for these workouts . 💯👍🙂🔥🔥🔥

    This is the third of your workouts I’ve done and my favorite so far. Love that you made this low impact cuz I don’t jump.
    One request for future workouts: please add some captions with form and/or modification tips. I can always use form tips.
    One thing I love about your workouts is the minimal chat. I love your energy, but don’t need to hear a lot of chat at the beginning (like some workout videos have), so thank you for being so respectful of your viewers’ time (and tolerance for chit chat).

    Thanks for this, Juice and Toya. I'm happily cooling down from sweating. I used to scroll past any low impact workouts thinking it was low intensity, but I realized it's about how it doesn't impacts the body as much: no jumping, flying, rolling, lol. But really, it's an isometric-style routine (thus, the low impact) that has highly intense exercises. Which is why I loved this workout!

    With my wrecked back, failing knees, and a bum shoulder, I can only do low-impact workouts these days. The HIIT workout for today on the workout plan I’m currently using is a super high-impact class & doesn’t offer any low-impact options, so I searched TH-cam and am glad I found this video. Great workout!

    Low Impact...As if!!! 😂 this workout kicked my butt. On the upside, I'm not sore anymore at all! I overworked my lower back yesterday and was scared to workout today.     I’m close to perfecting this. I just couldn’t do the bicycle punch for now as I’m running out of breath. Lol. Thank you for making workouts with no lunges like this 🥲 I do have bad knees but I’m trying my best to lose weight. I’m currently 174lbs and I need to be at 103lbs. Your workouts have been helping me for 2weeks. More power to your channel! ❤

    Haven't worked out in 20 years, started doing these videos. Have been doing 2 of them, picked out 4 other videos today I want to start on now, it's been 12 weeks. I am stronger, can move around now, have energy, have toned up, and I still have fun doing them, it's the music & they're just such a cool couple to workout with. Also, no calve muscle cramps that I get often, I was so scared, they hurt so bad, but I never even got 1 cramp all this time. This shows me he knows what he's doing, I have to do her style a lot though, girls just have different ways doing stuff, I nod my head side to side real fast like he does though, get myself pumped ea. time. Anyway, these videos are the best, everyone should try them, they work.

    Just came across this workout and loved it! I've been doing a lot of the 15 HIIT workouts as these are easy to do on my break during work hours and of course it requires a lot of jumping which my neighbour might not appreciate so this low impact one is perfect! Broke out a pretty big sweat too! 🔥💜

    My physiotherapist told me I need to lose weight (I suffer from plantar fasciitis and also have fallen arches) so I was looking for some quick fat-burning workouts that don't involve jumping and I FOUND YOU GUYS AND YOURE THE BEST WORKOUT PEOPLE EVER ON TH-cam!!     Great energy. Great pace, but for those people with no cartilage in their knees, when they rely upon no jumping promise, it should be no jumping. Especially for competitive people who can’t stop themselves, once they start. Wishing you guys the best

    Love the low impact option for variety. I don’t have joint issues (yet) but am super clumsy with anything involving bounding and jump/twists and it’s nice to be able to really focus on form and balance.
