I recently got the 1989 Batmobile, I was impressed by the size and build of it, looking forward to the Batwing. Very impressive how they engineered the curves on the Batmobile, personally I would have liked tampographed fuel tank filler caps in place of stickers on the rear wheel well arch front curved pieces but oh well.. The machine gun movie realistic gimmick is pretty well done on it though, and quite ingenious.
I have the 89 batmobile and it looks like that’s the one to get. This looks good but it’s missing some features. They REALLY should have added the scissor/pincer feature that took down the gas balloons in the movie. That’s a real letdown IMO

Two of my favorite vehicles of all time... They did a much better job on the batmobile than they did on the Batwing.... Such a shame...... I was really looking forward to this set...... Has mod potential but the fuselage really needs a lot of work still... Looks like they rushed it out the door too quickly..... Canopy and fuselage look really long and dumpy and I agree there should be way more features for this price point..... Hopefully someone will mod it or they'll do another pass on it to improve it.....
I hope they make more a more affordable 1988 bat mobile set also please update every Batman minifig ever. Yes I know I said this recently. I just really want this to happen. There’s been so many figs since last time.
The model is awesome but disappointing in some ways also. The gatling guns could have been hidden, similary to the 89 batmobile and a simple could have worked the missiles. It's nothing major, of course but it just go to show that there was not as much attention to details that was put into this model and nearly for the same price. I can hardly see how they could have made the pincers so I can forgive this detail.

The slot's the mounting point, not the 2 technic holes. You don't need two nails to mount this.

i wish it was the joker and bob as the figures, with a new mold for the long gun. I have both and both are great sets, worth the prices.

Definitely going to use the wall mount feature. Mainly for space saving but also because that stand is really wonky and wobbly.

You built it wrong. Your "hanger" piece is upside down, so u will not be able to hang it... And yes, the yellow bit needs to come out to hang it.
