Being from the UK as well and travelled to many countries around the world, I will say KL is definitely my favourite city along with Bangkok, Singapore, Dubai, Rome, Barcelona, Lisbon, Jakarta and Istanbul. Petronas Towers at night is awesome but I love going around KLCC Park. Other places worth visiting are Perdana Botanical Gardens, KL Bird Park, Merdeka Square, Jamek Mosque, KL National Mosque, Thien Hou Temple, National Monument, Istana Negara, Little India, Chinatown, Batu Caves, top of KL Tower and Eco Forest - even a half a day trip to Putrajaya is worth it
@@keangwooichoo6138 That is part of the problem but there were other issues that was worse when I did visit there. However, I don't want to put negativity of this country because I did enjoy Kerala and Jaipur (and the food) but unfortunately there were more cons than pros that I've experienced when I went there for a month as a tourist

Actually, we do have dolphins in Malaysia. Not very common nowadays but mostly are available around the local islands especially the inhabited ones. I personally have encountered one on a fishing/island camping trip and according to our boatman, there's a school of dolphin living around the island (located somewhere in the northern state). Bad news for us is, when dolphins make their appearance, the fish stayed at home. 😂
Just wanted to say, you made a good choice visiting Malaysia around this month were the weather is either rain or just cloudy in Malaysia until January, every year. But i know this is just summer weather for western people, but it is cold for us in Equator line were the usual weather is so hot that make you feel like being cooked alive 😂. Greetings from southern Malaysia Johor, thanks for visiting Malaysia 😊
How great! It is as if the world has shrunk into the skyscrapers in front of the fountain and the entire city has been concentrated in one place. And that shopping mall was the most amazing especially its food section always seemed to be a favorite place for both of you.
The building's design is based on two overlapping rectangles creating an 8 pointed star shaped. To maximize space, Cesar Pelli added eight semi circles, one at each coner. this geometry shape symbolizes unity harmony, stability, and rationality-all important principle's in islam.
There's a huge native (not migratory) Nurse Shark that lives amongst the islands off the coast of Kedah. A friend from Pertahanan Awam who encountered it during a sea rescue exercise said that it is bigger than their boat. Enough to scare the light out of them when they saw it's dark silhouette passed under their boat the first time.
Please consider East Malaysia as your next destination. It might not be as luxurious as KL, but food culture can be bit different, and full of afforable island
