it's funny how someone who died after less than 5 minutes of screen time became one off my favorite characters
What's fun is if you watch the background in Blips and Chitz you can see the Meseeks disappear after helping the guy do some pinball stuff. Also, once you know Fart's intentions for carbon life, re-listen to the first part of his song, it's a lot darker.
Eric saw the Meseeks in the background but did he notice it vanished also, meaning it completed its task lol.
Wonder if any of them will recall the Green Rocks when they come back into play in 2 weeks.

If you look at the ticket the girl hands Rick at the beginning and listen to the number he says at the end you realize that we were actually following a different Rick and Morty this episode. Also our original Rick and Morty got there Jerry back.
Not necessarily. The Rick that asks them “Do you have 5126?” could be referring to either the ticket number or the Jerry that they have. If he’s referring to the Jerry, then that means his ticket number is 5126, and he’s our Rick. But if he’s referring to their ticket number, the one that Morty can’t find, then that means he has 5126 Jerry and is looking for which Rick/Morty have that ticket number, which would be our Rick and Morty, the ones we’ve been with the whole episode. It’s most likely the latter.

Justin and Dan confirmed this fan theory, we know for absolute certain that episodes 2 and 4 of season 2 follow a different rick and morty. There’s no debate, it’s all confirmed by the creators.
The fact that that scene opened with a shot of a different rick and morty doesn’t mean that they were the ones depicted throughout the episode. Makes absolutely no sense.
Scene opens with some random rick and morty going home with their Jerry, C-137 walks on screen and asks to verify their ticket. Just because the C-137 Rick walked on screen doesn’t mean that the entire episode didn’t revolve around him.
For such a “highly intelligent” fan base you guys come up with some half baked theories.
What? That’s the complete opposite of what happens. We know the rick and morty that bring jerry to daycare are C-137 because of the form that rick signs. Please pay attention to details.
And the reason why we don’t need to provide much evidence or battle ofr this theory hard is because ITS ALREADY BEEN CONFIRMED. You think it’s half baked? Fine. But don’t complain that the fan base is stupid. Complain the creators are stupid. Because they intentionally wanted this to occur, and once the ticket theory was created they confirmed the theory on Twitter. It’s not debatable. It’s not arguable. It is one element of the series which is 100% cannon. This isn’t a theory, it’s confirmed evidence.
The actor for Fart (Jemaine Clement) also voices Tamatoa (the crab) in Moana. Great movie btw

I like how they answered a side-question that they created in the episode. Rick says that Färt wouldn’t be able to go through a portal because he’s gaseous, then immediately drops a thousand gallons of water through a portal. So solids and liquids go through, but gas doesn’t.

This episode also probably took some reference from Star Trek TNG The Inner Light episode, where Picard lived a whole lifetime in a manner of minutes.

Guys, just as a continuity point: the Rick and Morty at the end who asks for 5126 are the C-137 Rick and Morty. The Rick and Morty this episode followed was from a different dimension. Might help for future episodes.
Not sure if it's been mentioned already but the scene at 7:13 is pretty much an homage to Luc Besson's "The Fifth Element", actually some of the plot is reminiscent of the movie itself where Bruce Willis rescues Mila Jojovich's character from Scientific Experiments and are being chased by the Cops similar to Morty doing the same for "Fart".
Of course there's the ticket theory that states the ticket they got at the beginning of the episode was the same number as the 1 that another Rick and Morty had at the end of the episode meaning the Rick and Morty we have been following on throughout the adventure was a different Rick and Morty!

Something I always wondered: How did Morty kill Fart, if Fart is telepathic?? He would've known Morty's plan, as soon as Morty heard Fart's plan.
Its possible that Fart's telepathy has to be focused, or that it wanted when they are distracted.
Maybe that is why Morty asked them to sing and shot them mid-song.
I have never suspected I am in a game or simulation controlled by someone else.

Don't worry about Jerry they got the right one this Rick and morty wasn't the C-137 morty but the 5-136 morty so you guys were actually watching a different version of Rick and morty this episode. you can tell by the card the lady hands them when they drop Jerry off at the daycare. So it's assumed that they got the right one.
As for simulation theory, if its just an infinate chain of simukations making simulations then technically by number its more likely that we are in a simulation. BUT, that would only apply if we had a simulation. We dont have a life like, independent simulation which means that we would have to be at the end of the chain, which is actually extremely unlikely. So it kinda cancels out into just a "what if?" Again
