Birdperson is the part of the fandom that thinks everything in this show has an intense, deep and poetically sorrowful meaning and Morty is the part of the fandom that thinks all the jokes are just for shits and giggles and that it's not THAT deep.

No remarks on bird person mentioning to Morty Rick's cries of pain and him hiding that pain (through the catchphrase "wubba lubba dub dub")? I actually found that one of the most interesting things of this episode :)

Something almost no one seems to get (perhaps it's a bit too obscure)...'Bird-Person' is based off a character called 'Hawk', who was a sidekick character to Buck Rogers, from the show of the same name, back in the 1980's.

This may not be the best Rick and Morty episode but they introduce some recurring characters, Jerry's plot is one of my favorites of him and it's setup to next episode which is my favorite, so I quite like this one.

Did you guys know spanchy and Mr. Jelly Bean are voiced by the voice actor of SpongeBob.
Their conversation about taking money off the ground in change makes me really want them to watch Jo Jo's Bizarre Adventure, Even though they need to get all the way through to part 4 to even get to what I'm referring to. They'd probably forget by that point, but JoJo's still a great reaction for them to consider.

This Rick isn't even the one that belongs to this Morty. Remember, Rick was gone for years before Morty was born, yet, last episode we saw that our Rick has memories of a baby Morty, which is impossible, as he wan't around. Evil Morty, is likely our Rick's original Morty, that he messed up so bad that he turned evil.
It is, but it's heavily implied that Rick was gone a bit before Morty was born.
You also have to wonder why Evil Morty was trying to take specifically our Rick's mind when in the opening sequence, we watched him just walk in and shoot one in the head and leave. He even went around killing all kinds of Ricks....except ours...he had a plan for ours.
