Saving a cute fawn

We found it trapped in a gated enclosure so I let my girls pet it before I opened the gate for it's Mom that we could see off in the woods

I made sure it got back to it mom. She was lingering nearby in the woods. I'm not sure how this little one got trapped in a fenced yard at an office park but I'm glad we noticed

This vid was taken inside of a fenced area behind a fast food restaurant and an office park. The mom was watching us from not far off. I put the the fawn on her side of the fence and we watched her come to it (from our truck). It eventually got up and they walked off into the woods together. My daughters loved it

Well, sort of. A nasty divorce and custody battle (about 1 1/2 years) has sapped my time and energy. But it looks like I survived, lol
