Very knowledgeable and informative. First I am happy that he is going to start new business with focus on value addition. Second fully agree that turning point of pakistan downfall is three decisions taken by Bhutto
    - Power sharing with Yakhya to break pakistan
    - Nationalization
    - Kota System.
Still people recognize him big leader because he took steps that was popular among masses without realizing that its going to destroy the Pakistan in the long run.
Result is Bhutto aaj bhi zinda hai :(

My husband took the risk of resigning from his toxic banker job right at the time of getting married. I don't think there could've been a better decision. His dedication toward growing into the technology domain sent him into learning phase again where he built himself from scratch through courses and certifications throughout being unemployed for 8-9 months. Now he is working in a technology sales company as an Account Manager for global IT licenses and certificates. It was not impossible. It is about time the middle class realizes that banking is a pointlessly overworked and shamefully underpaid job offering no room for medical wellbeing, let alone career growth.

I totally agree with his observations about Pakistan's historical development path. Pakistan was lucky enough to mustered support in his early years. However, he has taken a little note of an important factor of geo-political implications of cold war and its impact on Pakistan. Pakistan remained the focal point of these changes and pivotal area. All the forces of these development tried to influence its leadership and infiltrated its institutions. These infiltrations weekend the institutional set up and the policy making process. Now we have reached a point of total breakdown. If proper, stern action and steps are not taken, God forbid, the doom days are near and waiting for us.

The problem is with the overall mentality of businesses in Pakistan which do not value customer experience and don't want to improve on International standards.

"Conventional and Islamic banking are essentially the same. Whether you grasp it from the front or the back, it is still grasped. Sooner or later, everyone will realize that both type of banking is Haram (forbidden), except for the matter of Qard-e-Hasana, which is a separate issue. Just as people are currently moving from conventional to so-called Islamic banking, in a few years, they will flee from this as well. Bankers are aware that Islamic banking is no different; it is merely a play on words. Mr. Bilgrami should have spoken the truth, but it's okay. Even stating this much was a promotion of Islamic banking. Anyway, you all are quite discerning.
