I don't think it is as bad as gel or some creams. One thing about this product is that it is water based and most of the time water based hair products are much healthier than oil based as it washes out very easily hence the word "water" in the name. But make sure to do your own research, read reviews and watch reviews once you find something you like . Hope that helped, I myself am trying to avoid products that may damage hair in the long run and have decided to go for water based products.

I would prefer using wet hair so you can style ur hair with a hairdryer and lock it in place
Can gel work too (label m)? Using it on damp hair, and without blowdry.
