$1400 is about average, but for that west dallas area, it just needs to be more things to do and way more restaurants, but i wish to move further out from dallas like addison, Richardson, farmer's branch, Carrollton or plano just a comfy area i guess when you get to my age you don't want to be around all the traffic, lol..

All my friends and family that moved there make it seem like everything is dirt cheap there esp houses and apartments. To the point my family and I were considering moving there. What was the heat on?

You need a professional trim so your hair can lay better and blow straight. Your blowdry is the most important part of the process.. The straighter the blowdry, the better the press. After that, these are the steps: 1. Shampoo w Clarifying Shampoo: Suave Clarifying or V05 Kiwi Lime. Squeaky clean hair is key! 2. Deep treat your hair w heat using old school cholesterol conditioner. LeKair or Queen Helene. Use a plastic cap and sit under the dryer 20-30min 3. Rinse out conditioner in cool water to seal your cuticle 4. Do NOT towel dry your hair. It's already low porosity, you need that water in it for a smooth blowdry. 5. Spray hair w heat protectant leave in conditioner like Infusium 23 or what you're using here 6. Part your hair in at least 6 sections and blowdry by section. Use a Denman-like brush to pull that hair taut and straighten it. Take your time. Your blowdry should look like an old silk press. 7. Add a TINY amout of silicone based serum to your entire head of hair. A dime may even be too much. We want our hair to move, not be stiff or oily Put your hair into a bun. Using the back of that hot comb, press the entire edge peremiter of your head. The back of the comb is what presses, not the teeth. So when you press, use the teeth to get to your roots and use the base of the comb to press them. 8. Take super small sections of hair and flatiron slowly all the way down the length. You only need 1 or 2 passes max. Make sure the iron is on 450. I've been natural all my life and pressed my own hair all throughout my teens. Im not 4C, but I have pressed 4C hair. Please take my word for this! ❤

You should get the unbrush for your hair. You need to be so gentle with your hair because it’s already thin and fragile 😢 and read the ingredients with the lotta body products. They tend to have loads of alcohol!

She didn’t cut enough! When you have fine hair you truly need your hair to be there from root to tip and you need to keep up with your trims!
