FANTASTIC REVIEW!! Thank you for taking the time to prepare this detailed and thorough review of the All Terrain Scout. I watched your whole video as well as read your entire web page on the bike. I have been looking at this bike for a little while now and have been on the fence about it. This was very helpful and I'm definitely leaning towards buying this same model now! Thank you.
I don't think this is a bike you would buy for yourself, but I really appreciate the fun you had while test riding the bike. "What could go wrong?" while bushwacking through tall bushes - was priceless. I also enjoyed the extended bike ride on the varried surfaces and conditions. Keep up the good work!
The frame design is superb. The backseat with the raised puping is good for transporting odds and ends. The front caddy is superb for transporting a little bit of shopping or some picnic kit and is a stand-out /must-have feature for me. The practicality's superb. The fenders are great, the lighting is well resolved and the little bell mechanism superbly so. The gearing and other parts are of higher spec which is an immediate advantage as is the fact the key does not have to be inserted for the bike to run. Superb bike... and a cut above the nice little Lectric XP id been looking at.
Not sure why come companies put the throttle on the left side of e-bikes, when motorcycles have throttles on the right side. And don't people use their left arms to signal?
Would this bike be comfortable for a 6 foot rider who wants to have the seat high enough to get full leg extension but still be upright and comfortable? The tires make it look rather short

Same for me. Had to sell my radrover at a huge loss. I liked it but it was too tall, like dangerously so. Did you buy something yet? Btw, my inseam is 30. I'm 5 7 and shrinking at 65y/o.
well, the average height of the American male is 6'2", which means half of American males are 6'2" or taller, so it's good business for bike manufacturers to target that population. So naturally, most bikes being manufactured for this newly emerging electric bike market are going to be made for men are are at least 6 feet tall. My local bike shop is now stocking bikes with 32" tires because so many customers have been complaining about the 29 inch bikes being too short for them, and they've been special ordering the 32 inch bikes so much that the store has now started stocking them on a regular basis.
funny you say that, the racks (being included) is what makes me like it over the RadRover EBike... with this one all you have to do is not put the rack on when you buy it! (im assuming you have to attach it as the bike is not fully together when its shipped to you) with the RadRover from Rad Power Bikes you have to buy the Fenders AND racks and neither one is in stock over the last week that i have been looking.....
It’s not that loud in real life. That sound is being amplified by being mounted to an aluminum frame resonating through the frame. They’re actually pretty quiet and the sound of the big tires buzzing covers up most of the sound of the motor. I have an M2S R750 fat bike, which is probably quite similar.
