Welcome back to the Gamer! Today we are discussing the features unique to the Switch. We all know Nintendo has huge reputation for their extraordinary attention to detail and that’s what we are going to talk about today.
First Minecraft Story Mode is coming! This will be a great breath of fresh air for all of those who have been patiently waiting. The game will be out later in August 2017. Next, we discuss the frame rate lagging issue that occurs when Nintendo switches are not put in airplane or manual mode. This trick is a must!
From there we talk about the impressive catalog of games. If that wasn’t enough, don’t fret, users can play any Eshop game from around the world, regardless of their physical location. With that, another hidden feature that you may not know is that online multiplayer is free! Not for long, though, ends Fall 2017. Whenever that is. Next we talk about the Switch’s processor. Notably it’s an ARM and how this impacts some of the Switch’s best features.
Have you purchased the Pro Controller? We love it- there’s a hidden feature as well. We’re we the first to tell you? How about the hidden facebook hack? Yep, that one exists, and frankly, is to be expected. We’re not sure why, but the Switch is also keyboard compatible. Must be docked, though, as that’s where you’ll find the USB’s. Fun fact! If you play Smash Bros and collect all the spirits, beat the story mode, complete all the classic mode routes in less than 5 hours, it doesn't change the fact that Geno isn't in Smash.
@S0PHSPL4NET #roadtoo100WHOO here’s a tip next time you get a disk there’s some numbers on the game card so you can get the Digital version so go to the Eshop then type in the code on the game card it’s on the front below the card picture on the thing that you put in the switch to play games now type in the code in the eshop and boom you will never lose the game again but keep in mind that download games take more space than disk games so you might need a micro card
Fun fact: if you buy every game on the switch and play them all you will wonder why you spent your time and money on every nintendo switch game

Number Two: Something you do to your phone all the time to save battery and run efficiently crosses over.
Number Three: Switch isn't region-locked. Pretty well-documented, but still cool.
Number Four: Play Online for free!... for now. How is this something cool? The Wii and Wii U could do it. It was made well-known that online would be paid eventually.
Side note: "We recommend you game hard while online is free" *Shows Odyssey, a 100% offline game*
Number Five: Sleep mode? That's been in handhelds since the GameBoy. How is this news?
Number Six: Pro Controller. OK.

Number Nine: Calibration. This is, again, a good tip and something I didn't know.
Number Ten: Wait, what the hell? I'm still confused on what's happening here.

Caroniver Robocacci Sleep mode was not a thing since the gameboy? The first portable gaming devices with that feature were the DS and PSP(and/or palm pilot/cell phones). The fact that they mentioned that they have adapted with the ARM processor and improved on it for functionality in latest gen console gaming is very impressive. It's a point made to further reinforce why they Switch is so great at what it does.
Jittery Critter Sleep mode was available on the GameBoy Advance, that I remember distinctly, but it wasn't as easy to access as it is now.
Fun fact: it's also not that impressive for a console to have it, seeing as the Xbone and PS4 both have a sleep mode identical to the Switch's (turn it on and pick up the game where you left off).
Caroniver Robocacci I'm not necessarily talking only about the sleep mode function, but rather the seamless result with the switch. A processor does many things as a whole and the processor behind the switch is a game-changer on the console world as mentioned in the video- it functions just as a sleep mode on a phone does and the other console companies will likely feel pressure to adopt the same idea with a portable home console because of its convenience and raw capabilities.

Seitto a Well let me tell u something you didn't know... I just figured this out the other day by myself, that you view the battery percent by pressing both ZL zr while at the home menu or when you're at the quick home menu.
You have to use buttons to view you're battery percentage? The percentage (or bars at least) is always displayed on the 3DS/Wii U Home Menus.
The VGM Lover The battery bars are always there for the Switch too, but now you have the option to see the exact percent of the battery.
Interesting, alright.
(I can't wait to get my hands on it, and find a million other things TheGamer should have figured out for this video. XD)

One thing you could have added or could use to replace the Minecraft one (Since that's not what people wanted to see) is that you can view the battery percent by pressing ZL and ZR together instead of tapping the screen or having the percent on all the time.
Having the percentage on has no negative effects on your Switch, so pressing ZL and ZR is virtually useless for anyone who is actually playing a game and not for someone who is constantly on the home screen.
This video isn't about what has negative or positive effects on your switch, it's about things people may not know there switch can do. Think next time. And just cause you like to have the percentage showing doesn't mean we all like to have that on all the time, I find it distracting and only wanna know the percentage when I feel like knowing.

The improvement that allowed for the pointers in World of Goo and the like was not spacial awareness tech, but a simple accelerometer reading. You can tell because there's a button to re-center the cursor, and even if you hold it relatively still, the cursor will drift rather quickly. Note that this is a less-precise version of what Skyward Sword for the Wii used.

i figured out how to get to the browser! go to arms with the joy cons. turn the switch on and off go to settings and there will be a settting that says browser.
