    84 lumber using my private driveway and DESTROYING it. Why would my driveway be used as a turn around for their LOADED 26,001+ lb CDL licensed truck?!?! Also there is a sign posted at the end of the driveway that states " no trespassing, no turn around, private property, violators will be prosecuted". This sign is posted directly beside the mailbox as shown in the next video. They cracked ALL of the driveway where it meets the road and up and down both sides of the driveway. BLS trucking out of New Carlisle OHIO has been contacted about this and they will NOT pay to have the driveway fixed. This says a lot about how bad of a company this is. I will be perusing legal action against them

    Some of you can't seem to grasp or understand the reason of this video.
    1. NO trespassing! NO turn around! Violators will be prosecuted. There is no reason why 84 Lumber should have used my driveway as a turnaround. There is a road about 400 ft in one direction to turn around at. There is a second Road about a quarter-mile in the other direction. There is absolutely NO reason to use my private driveway as a turnaround for any vehicle, or a loaded CDL licensed vehicle.
    2. As far as reparations for what I asked 84 Lumber to do, I asked them for $400, to have the driveway repaired again, to the exact condition it was when it was repaired less than 60 days before they decided to use my private property as a turnaround. That's correct! All I asked for was $400 to get the driveway backed in the condition it was. They refused to pay this. Because of that, all of this water got down into those cracks within the driveway, winter set in, and cracked the driveway and additional damage to the substrate below even more. Water, and freezing, expands! All these cracks are much more worse now than what they were after just two weeks of their truck entering my property. Thus resulting of now even more damage done to my driveway, there is a higher dollar amount that they are required to pay now.

      You don’t need a cdl to drive those trucks, only semis. If you need 400 dollars so bad, then I’ll personally bring it to you. I’ll be sure to park in the grass as well, can’t “damage” your driveway now

    Not sure why they used your driveway to turn around when they werent delivering to you. But thats hardly torn up is it, i was expecting deep troughs from the forklift tyres. I think its a bit of a stretch to claim they owe you a whole new driveway mate.

    • @sgtfluffy7466
      @sgtfluffy7466  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It is cracked. My initial claim to them was to have the driveway reseal coated and the new cracks that they put into it filled and repaired because we were coming into winter. The cost for that was right around $450. Because I just paid to have it done less than 60 days prior to this happening. They denied the $450 cost. Which now my driveway has gone through 2 Winters. Which the water has gotten down into those cracks that opened up new because of that truck being in my driveway and opened some of the existing ones that were already repaired. Thus destroying my driveway. Not just what you can see from the top but the substrate below it. Now because that water got in, froze, and thawed, and froze and thawed multiple times and THAT cracked the driveway from the substrate to top coat. Which now it needs to be ground and repaved totally and is going to cost in excess of $7,000. Which is what I took them the court for

      Look at the date.... it was 2 years ago. It was normal temps until January. Cracks were found through the driveway THAT DAY!. Driveway was less than 4 years old. This was an existing stone driveway of 60 years and has an original base of 2B topped with 1B which is all the existing driveway. When I had a paved it had basecoat put down 4 inch thick with a top coat of 3in thick. THAT IS MORE THAN PLENTY for a residential, private driveway

    • @sgtfluffy7466
      @sgtfluffy7466  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      And i already tried. I asked them to pay $400 (that's what I paid to just have it done and I sent them that receipt) to have the driveway reseal coated because it was just done less than 60 days before they used it illegally as a turnaround and caused the damage. They refused, which is why i sued for more because the substrate and topcoat are damaged Beyond repair now has to be completely replaced @marty sipple

    • @sgtfluffy7466
      @sgtfluffy7466  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Then what caused them to reopen?! Because the old ones that were repaired were sealed before this truck entered my driveway. There were no visible cracks anywhere and new ones appeared the very same day when i arrived home that day. I mean really! What do you think made me check my surveillance system? Because when I got home and walked to my mailbox I saw all of these cracks. That's when I checked the surveillance system which showed the truck turning around in my driveway. I would not have ever checked my surveillance system had there not been any damage found to my property. Durrrrrr ta durrrr!

    That truck is probably under 26k with that little bit of load, I pull flatbeds, shit happens, chalk it up as a lose. Driveways still intact and he wasn’t there long enough to do any real damage, I know this because I’ve unloaded at 80 thousand pounds in driveways identical as yours in residential areas.

    • @sgtfluffy7466
      @sgtfluffy7466  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Over 26000 pounds that was already discussed and confirmed in a court hearing. How do you not comprehend that my driveway has a no trespassing, no turnaround, violators will be prosecuted sign at the end of the driveway?! And the fact that they disregarded that, I got them on video, but when I get home from work on this day and I can see the damage in my driveway from getting out of my truck. That's the problem! And some of you clearly disregard any of that. Yes, you're looking at a camera that is 720P from 2 years ago that is mounted about 18 ft up in the air. My driveway is over 80 ft long. You're not going to see the cracks in the driveway running up each side from that height or distance. But when you get out of a truck and are walking along the driveway. From 6 to 10 ft away you can see all these cracks very clearly and even more cracks when you are looking closely
