Totally understand your comment and yes - i agree with it as well. Unfortunately not everyone can use bleach to get out stains, etc ALL the time. we've used white sheets, light colored sheets or even printed sheets for many years. You get to decide as a host :)
Very, very, nice!! OK when you can ask for a price that covers your expenses. But when the price suggested barely covers expenses, no way that you can offer all those comfortable and nice things.
Hi Maria Celeste, I would never recommend using Airbnb price suggested for all your calendar. My recommendation is to use it just for smaller buckets of open days that you might consider difficult to get them booked. You may manually take a look at other listings similar to yours in your area to assess for a fair nightly rate that works for you.
Hey Maria - thanks for the comment. Sorry for the delay. I agree with Roberto -- as keeping up with competition and looking at the pricing they are marketing - isn't always under the same guidelines as the Airbnb smart pricing. I hope your Airbnb experience is doing well!
Your video auto play on the phone.. catched the end of it.. it's hard to take any advice from someone who wear their dirty shoes in the house on the bed Never understand why North Americans have their footwear in the house.. you walk the streets.. stepped on shit then bring them in the house
Airbnbs have contributed to the worldwide social issue of homelessness, driven by greed and the desires of the rich. I have homeless family in Australia, my daughter dying of cancer in a homeless shelter instead of a home. It's wrong.
As a fellow Aussie I will call you out on your lie. It is common knowledge thst foreign in particular, Chinese and Indian investors have driven up house prices due to their need for social status to "demonstrate wealth by paying too much for it". Plus you also did not mention that in both Melbourne and Brisbane, Chinese and Indian investors will ONLY rent their properties to fellow Chinese or Indians or charge extra for those they don't like. It's systemic racism driving up housing, not Airbnb. Get a life
Duvets we use have ties or buttons in corners
You showed all those different pillow firmness options, where are they all in the room or is there 1 of each in your pillow cases?
Hi Chloe and Jeff!
Great tips, we can't stress enough what a huge difference a good bed can make for our guests.
Thanks for the comment! Not all beds are created equal -- but we sure can try to find the one that suits most of our guests.
Super Tips! Thank you
so glad you liked it!! thanks :)
You two are great!!
Oh stop :)
And I thought I knew how to make a bed. I was proven wrong by these two. Great advice! Will use in my own garage...
We will soon share how to do your own Airbnb garage transformation! Subscribe and stay tuned!
But the way they tucked the corners was not right at all.
Grandma use to iron her sheets. XOXOO
Things I feel you missed: bed bug encasement for mattress and box spring, great sheets need to be 100% cotton, and avoid synthetic bedding everywhere.
Thanks for your thoughts - I do love them and appreciate them! Box springs, not everyone uses them these days. But it's not totally out.
sheets has to be always white. Easy to clean stains out and represent clean. Have you see any hotel with colors sheets?

Thanks for the great advice
absolutely:)
i like the video! :) thank you 😊
Thanks Hazel!
What sheets do you use. Cause couple of mine are so wrinkled even in the dryer. It has to be quickly ironed
I mostly use tommy hilfiger bed sheets (when I can find them!)
Can you tell how many of each to buy and the rotation schedule for washing all items from pillows, protector, duvet, covers. etc. ?
I make my own bed twice a year. I can’t imagine doing this for 4 bedrooms once every few days, plus the laundry and cleaning of the whole house.
@@KH-cs7sj i applaud you :) but we have a 2 bedroom 1 bath - so it’s not too bad !
😮twice a year?

Chloe and Jeff. I really enjoyed your video! Great job! This is advice that ANYONE can use.
Dinah - we hope the advise can even transfer over to regular life. Not only for guests (for income) but also for family members!

What's wrong with a pallet bed?
;) nothing wrong with it at all. As long as there is good support when sleeping

There needs to be more homes built to bring down prices. Yes the supply is down because of it. Bringing prices up. Best to get a homestead.
