Why didn’t you add oil to the filter?
Why didn’t you clean up the mess from oil draining?
It’s good to keep things clean. Helps identify any future issues.

My 2017 Chevy Malibu 1.5L oil cap says 5W-30. Walmart tech says that I can use Full Synthetic oil.

Hi I have a question. So I’m looking into buying a 2018 Chevy Malibu. When my husband was inspecting the car he took off the the oil cap and smoke started to come out. The guy said because it’s turbo. Is that normal or something wrong with the car?

No it's not normal get another car those Malibu give a lot of trouble

All types of Malibu have turbo depressurization and this is a normal condition....I have a Malibu 17 that has the same thing.
