  • Hi! In this video, you will learn about 4 ways that will help you to immigrate from Europe to the United States. If you are interested in US immigration for Europeans, then watch my new video till the end!
    1. EB-5 Investment Visa. This is one of the fastest ways to get a Green Card. You can get the US Green Card in about 1 year and there are cases, where you can get it in 3 months. The main criterion for this program is proof of your funds.
    2. EB-1A Visa for extraordinary people. If you are a talented person in your field, you have awards and recognition, then you are able to get this type of visa, which will lead you to a Green Card. The process takes about 6-8 months.
    3. EB-1C Program. This way of immigration is good for those, who already have a business in Europe. There is an important criterion: you must employ at least 15 employees, also you should be the CEO or the Top Manager of the company.
We analyze each case individually. Fill out a small questionnaire below to get a free analysis of your case within 48 hours.

Kinda bothers me how hard it is for us to move to the US, compared to how easy it is for US citizens to immigrate into Europe.
I see videos all the time of US citizens immigrating to Portugal, Scandinavia, etc. without much hassle. It certainly isn't reciprocated.

And also about the work, in swiss it is very diffrent from usa, if i hav a diplom for finance advisor, does this count in usa? in swiss u can be a fince advisor after 2 semester of school and get the diplom the salary is quite high, but u dont need a bachelor degree. To qualify for the EB-5 program, investors must make a qualifying investment of at least $900,000 in an approved commercial enterprise. Investors may also qualify by investing $1.8 million if their investment is located in a TEA.

While it's great to hear about your interest in working in the USA, it's important to note that you cannot work on a tourist visa. To work legally, you'll need to apply for a work visa such as the H-2B visa for temporary non-agricultural workers. However, these visas have specific eligibility criteria and application processes, and obtaining one can take several months to over a year. It's advisable to consult with an immigration attorney for personalized guidance. So in this day and age, I would strongly consider emigrating to the USA. Europe offers more than the USA in many areas, and citizens pay a lot more there. And not to forget the high crime rate and gun murders say it all, high cost of living, much less vacation and leisure time, the medical and hospital costs are frighteningly high. And you should emigrate to the USA, whoever does that today is beyond help. As a tourist yes, but certainly not to live there.

Hello. The choice is obviously yours, but there are so many people all over the globe, who are chasing their American Dream. And this is a very exact moment our corporation is happy to lend a hand.

@@shamayevlaw You mention the “American Dream” here, did it ever exist, I think not. The rich and super-rich have their dream because they can use their money to oppress and humiliate others. And that's what's happening there, because the American Dream is no longer accessible to everyone, that dream has become a nightmare. Why do many people, including high-ranking professionals, leave the USA to live better in another country? What is happening in the USA is nothing more than modern slavery and manipulation. The USA is no longer what it used to be.

@burkhardproksch637 well I prefer the US over Europe. Europe has so many Knive attacks. So No Thank you , I would still choose the US. At least you can defend yourself.

How many gun murders do you think the USA has, and you mention Europe with many knife attacks, I would recommend that you inform yourself about the murders in the USA as opposed to Europe.
I prefer Europe to this gun-infested USA. Learn something first.

You have to be stupid or crazy or be a millionaire to want to emigrate from the European Union to the US and millionaires do not need a green visa, with American Express they can already have residence in New York, Paris, Beijing, Kathmandu,...

@@shamayevlaw In Europe the middle class and the working class have better living conditions than in the United States. We enjoy public health, when you are sick you do not think about how much medical care will cost you, minimum paid vacations of 30 days a year, in case of illness they pay your salary, public universities accessible to all incomes, citizen security, no there are shootings, good public transport, healthier food, paid maternity leave of at least 4 months and leave for the father of 2 months, public daycare centers... we have the so-called welfare state, which is not communism, it is solidarity. When I say American Express, I mean the credit card and it is a way of saying that whoever has money can reside wherever he wants...
