I have found it that it does make awkward uneven spacing. I personally go back with a slicer to even it up but, it doesn't change placement in the end so if you hold the finished piece I can see every multi tool line placement separation.
My dad buy a biggest diy diamond painting he didn't know that it was just like he know it is a frame and now im doing it and it s hard and im curios to the color pink and on the big whatever haha i literally dont know the purpose of that two then now i know how haha im laughing now and tomorrow i will surprise my mom an dad that i am faster haha thank you so much, for finishing the diamond painting i will have a reward just 500 php but it's ok its solve for me i didnt exactly expect about reward and im excited huhu im so thankful to u:-D
i love the 3, 6, 9 placers i learned quickly when i did my first BIG project i said they sell these pens they HAVE to work it takes practice but now i couldnt live without them i found on aliexpress they had 6 and 9 's that are 45 degree angled so much easier to place onto the canvas !!! thanks for the video i know a lot of people have a hard time picking them up i was frustrated at first too but i wasnt giving up !! lol
Oh wow so happy I found this video. I just started my very first diamond painting yesterday. It’s so relaxing. Why not just get a 141 ruler for DP?! The rulers keep a straight line, you can use multiplacers and it makes it much faster if you’re looking to make it go faster. They make the rulers for round and square paintings.
But who am I racing? Looking at all the rows and they are crooked, the outside row too. I think this takes all the joy of diamond painting away for me anyway. If you could send me a painting I will try it your way.

This was incredibly helpful. I don't know why but I always had trouble using the multi-bead pens before this video, especially with the square DP I am working on. I tried again last night after watching the video and exactly how it is done and my goodness, it made completing the section I was working on so much faster. I think it was helpful to see the pick-up and rolling motion from start to finish. I also tried turning my DP to the side instead of working on it vertically. Thank you so, so much for this video. ^_^

Amanda C there’s so many different sized boat trays you can get on amazon or AliExpress. I personally love the white boats with the orange tab on the spout that comes out to pour them back into storage containers. There’s all kinds of different kits on amazon with several different sizes.

Do you go back and straighten the alignment of the diamonds? Appears as though there is a lot of uneven rows and columns.

my multi thing wont pick up my wax i have a couple of the multy pens but none of them will pick up the wax

Can manage the 3 placer but have a time with the larger ones. Will get there, couldnt do the 3 placer at one point.
