Hi there, I have just bought an iPhone XS with that exact same issue. I am somewhat experienced with tech support, though not with soldering/reballing, and neither have the tools to do that. Is there any possible way to get this fixed without taking out the NAND chip and rewriting it? Thanks in advance!
Good job man, but the memory info aspect is not too clear ...did you do a full backup of the nand info or just copy the wifi + Bluetooth address and write it on a default info?
I follow This tutorial for an iphone Xs, now the phone is working but no camera and no faceid, i guess this is because i didnt copy FCMS and BCMS from the original syscfg… is there any way to recover this data ?
You can put what ever data from other sysconfig file as an example, the phone will not show any important messages, if the problem is really in sysconfig

Shop changed battery for me after one hour screen was green color , and go to black screen , but also 3 month before change screen , and months ago change charger. Any help you can do for me ?

I just copied the important data from original sysconfig, and then paste them to the organic sysconfig (as JC calling it)

First try other screen, and check my diagnostics in the video, the phone will turn on even with this problem.

I was meet same problem on iphone X, swap upper board and still same problem. I was not try to replace nand. 😊
