True showmen who weren’t wrapped up with fame and accolades. They were 💯 raw emotion on stage and the fans reaction directly effected the show.

Great reaction you guys. Pantera was a fantastic band. Dimebag Darrell was a metal god playing guitar. The unbelievably sad and tragic thing was he was murdered on stage in 2004 by a deranged "fan" Pantera had broken up years earlier, and he and his brother Vinnie Paul (drummer) started a new band together named Damage Plan. They were promoting their new album and were playing in a small club in Ohio when the tragedy happened. The psycho got up on stage and murdered Dimebag and others because he was allegedly upset that Pantera broke up. Vinnie Paul saw the whole thing happen, can you imagine seeing your own brother killed in front of your eyes? just awful and heartbreaking. Vinnie Paul has since passed away, he died in 2018. Pantera's music will live on forever, and so will the Abbott brothers R.I.P. from Dallas Texas. 🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🎶🎶🎶🎶

Ive been to every kind of concert. Blues, Rand B, country, hip hop . . . But there aint anything in this world like a metal concert. Metal concerts you go to go completely crazy. Forget who you are and just pure release for that 2 hours or so. Best therapy on the planet.

My first Pantera concert was in Columbus Ohio, the mosh pit was so large people were being sucked into it against their will. One guy standing next to us said I'm going to the pit, he came back 2 hours later with a broken leg.

You haven't experienced heavy metal concerts unless you were around back then to go to one of Pantera's concerts. Loud, rowdy, energetic, etc. One of the most important rock concerts in history as well. Shortly before the USSR collapsed if my memory serves me correctly.

It's nice to see this genre finally getting the recognition answering many questions as to why it was so popular when at the time the fans were labeled miscreants and many parents burned/confiscated albums so many teens treasured because they couldn't look past appearance and the "parental advisory sticker".

Coming from a hardcore Pantera fan i want to say im glad i came across this. This is actually one of my favorite songs ever for many reasons. When u notice the crowd out there with their energy u have to understand how much it means to them. In Russia at that time was pretty bad and for Pantera to come out there and put that concert on was a very huge thing for them. The band knew it too, both them and the crowd fed off eachother which makes the magic. Respect to u both yall did a great job. Cheers. R.I.P. Dimebag R.I.P. Vinnie

You can not imagine how loud it is. Think of the loudest thing you’ve heard, and a metal concert with one of the biggest bands is even louder. It is loud and clear through the crowd, believe me. Your ears ring for a few days later after a large metal concert
