We hiked through bear country...

Our adventures in Big Bend National Park took us to the Lower Burro Mesa Trail and Dog Canyon Trail. Along the way, we made a stop a the Fossil Exhibit. Day 2 was not how we planned, but I don't believe it could have ended any better with our first real-life bear encounter!
