if you feel hungry during a race, it's pretty much game over at that point. Don't try to keep pushing it, you'll make mistakes due to fatigue, and crashes can be costly. Just roll home and chuck it up as lesson learned.
I don’t think that is always the case, but I get your point. I prefer to finish the race. Just slow down and enjoy the ride if you are hurting or in a deficit.
I rode Ridgeline in pisgah this weekend which I loved. Then I tried Kanuga and found the speed/jumps had me feeling not in full control of the bike. A lot of great tips in this video. Thanks for the information. (I'm from Florida and this was my first time riding in the mountains)
Hi I was at the riveter I was the kid on the specialized bike it was cool seeing you guys there
Awesome man! That place is amazing and it was great to meet you! We had a blast down there and I will be making a video soon. Keep your eyes peeled!
Thank you, great tips
Great change of pace video Jimmy. Nice work.

I still dream of riding with Richie to this day
It’s quite the experience, if you can keep up. Haha.
Nice work Jimmy
Thanks, Shawn!
So funny how richie just chills in the back
I mean, there are only two seats in the front, so makes sense.
man, how did Richie end up in the back seat???
Guy just showed up! ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Golden🤙
Cheers ✌🏼
did you give richie any riding tips? :)
I gave him some GoPro tips...
So who's Click and who's Clack?
I'm not going to lie, I had to look up that reference. Well played.... haha
@@MTBTravelReview Willem: "Don't ride like my brother!" Richie: "And don't ride like my brother!"
Bro you only been riding 3 years?
Mountain bikes, yes. I rode bmx for a few years back in high school, but that was over 15 years ago.
@@MTBTravelReview I think that time estimate is "rounded down" pretty hard... The riding is way too shreddy for 3 years ;)
@@drucejeffrey lol. Well thanks! Maybe 3.5 years?
#4 cost me a helicopter ride and 6 months off the bike
Ouch. Sorry to hear that man
