    Dear Roy, there's an error in your presentation: 'work' could not be a curse consequence of the original sin because Genesis 2:15 says that the Lord "put man in the garden to _work_ it and take care of it". 'Work' is the way God wants us to participate in His work of creation. The curse is that working would cause pain and fatigue ("with the sweat of your brow...")

Do you have the citations for the occultist and homosexual influence of the Nazis? I did a bit of digging and I'm finding it hard to directly connect Eckart with the Thule Society (some sources claim he was not a member, only associated). I have a friend who has been sucked down some strange internet rabbit holes... and I'd like to find indisputable proof that these movements are connected. Thank you!

    Roy, I really appreciate your work. You are inspiring. I e-mailed you before because I have not heard this so plainly. In Tim Staple's descriptions or in Dr. David Ander's descriptions of Mary being the queen mother and the closest person in heaven interceding for us, I have not heard this "all graces we get flow through her." Thank you for your clear description but it still is hard for me to get my head around. Jesus said we would pray to the Father directly but in His name. It seems strange then that Mary would distribute all graces to us when the Holy Spirit lives in us. Jesus said if you believe and live obediently my Father and I will come and make our dwelling with you. How is Mary involved in that?

    • @JewishCatholic
      @JewishCatholic  9 ปีที่แล้ว +7

      +Jim Malloy Thanks for your kind words! I don't want to trivialize your question, but these are huge mysteries, not entirely subject to our "penetration", much less in a short blurb. But a key is, I think, that in a mysterious way we are all part of one body -- the body of Christ, with Jesus as the head -- and Mary, as both 100% human but also without original sin, is a unique conduit between the Godhead and the "body of Christ".

    • @christall-in-all3235
      @christall-in-all3235 7 ปีที่แล้ว +6

      He also talks about praying to the Father together with others, "Again I say unto you, That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching any thing that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven." So there is an efficacy to praying with others.
      And with regards to Mary, on the Cross, Christ the new Adam, gives her to his beloved disciple as his mother, "Woman behold your son, son behold your mother" in doing so he is presenting her as a New Eve, the mother to all of redeemed humanity, (as also in the same John's Apocalypse he speaks of those who "keep the commandments of God and bear testimony to Jesus" as her "other offspring").
      Thus as the New Eve and our mother she bears a spiritual relationship of bringing forth all graces of Christ in us, first of all by giving Jesus his human existence and especially his body crucified for us on the cross risen and exalted to give us life, and that role did not end with her giving him birth but continued till he was on the cross (as Jesus action there shows, for he is saying that she has merited to become our mother), and continues as she intercedes for us in heaven

    Roy thank you for your talk, I learnt lots. Just on the subject of Marion title “Mediatrix of all graces”, your explanation was helpful, but does the title mean God the Father, Son and Holy Spirit never act, or distribute grace, independently of Mary ie not through her. For example we know that at Pentecost, which was post the annunciation, the Holy Spirit was sent from heaven to the gathered disciples including Mary, and the Divine Mercy image depicts rays of light/grace emanating directly from Jesus’ heart to us, and during adoration grace comes to us from the host in the monstrance, and in the blessed sacrament we receive grace in the consecrated elements, etc, and grace pours forth from the cross of Christ and from his sacred blood directly to us. And wouldn’t God the Son, Jesus Christ, at times, too, potentially give grace directly to someone who calls out to him, and so too the Father or are we to understand that the grace still comes to us, even Protestants, through Mary in all cases and all times?

      Don't believe me. Here are some citations with more authority:
      • Bernard of Clairvaux: “God has willed that we should have nothing which would not pass through the hands of Mary” Quoted by Pope Pius XI in “Ingravescentibus malis”(1937)
      • St Alphonsus Ligouri: “God who gave us Jesus Christ wills that all graces that have been, that are, and will be dispensed to men to the end of the world through the merits of Jesus Christ, should be dispensed by the hands and through the intercession of Mary.”
      • Pope Benedict XIV: she is “like a celestial stream through which the flow of all graces and gifts reach the soul of all wretched mortals”
      • Pope Pius IX: For God has committed to Mary the treasury of all good things, in order than everyone may know that through her are obtained every hope, every grace, and all salvation”
      • Pope Leo XIII: “Nothing of all of the immense treasury of every grace which the Lord accumulated…is imparted to us except through Mary.”
      • Pope St. Pius X, in the encyclical “Ad diem illum” (1904): …[The] source, then, [of all the gifts that our Saviour purchased for us by his death and his blood] is Jesus Christ...But Mary is the “channel”, or, if you will, the neck by which the Body is joined to the Head and by which the Head sends power and strength through to the Body: ‘For she is the neck of our Head by which He communicates to His Mystical Body all spiritual gifts.’
      • Pope Benedict XV: All gifts which the Author of all good had deigned to communicate to the unhappy posterity of Adam are, according to the loving resolve of His Divine Providence, dispensed by the hands of the Most Holy Virgin. (1917) . And in his apostolic letter “Inter Sodalicia”: ...every kind of grace we receive from the treasury of redemption is ministered as it were through the hands of the same sorrowful Virgin...
      St. Louis Marie de Montfort:
      God the Son has communicated to his Mother all that he acquired by his life and his death, his infinite merits and his admirable virtues ; and He has made Her the treasurer of all that His Father gave Him for his inheritance. It is by her that He applies His merits to his members, and that He communicates his virtues and distributes his graces. She is his mysterious canal; she is his aqueduct, through which He makes his mercies flow gently and abundantly.
      To Mary, his faithful spouse, God the Holy Ghost has communicated His unspeakable gifts, and He has chosen her to be the dispenser of all He possesses, in such wise that that she distributes to whom she will, as much as she wills, as she wills and when she wills, all His gifts and Graces. The Holy Ghost gives no heavenly gift to men which He does not have pass through her virginal hands. Such has been the will of God, who has willed that we should have everything through Mary.

      @@JewishCatholic Thanks for the quotes and for taking the time to reply.
      It’s not that I believed or disbelieved you and I don’t mean to offend her or God, It’s just me trying to make sense of all the biblical data. I love our Mother Mary and try to honour her as much as possible. I had no doubt She dispensed abundant grace by God’s will, for me it was whether “all” was to be understood in a strict literal sense that excluded God from ever communicating grace directly or through other channels or means independently of her. But it seems he has chosen to communicate all grace to his creatures, in a literal sense, through her. That means she’s been far more highly exalted than I understood.

    Jeremiah 3:16 says that the Ark of the Covenant, made by Moses, shall not be thought off nor another one made again. However the said Ark of Moses was based on the Ark of the Covenant, that which the beloved Apostle witnessed in the temple in heaven, which goes without saying that God has Only One Covenant for all of heaven & earth which is the said Ark of the Covenant in heaven, Where the Ark of Moses is towards -Inheritance to land, that has been put away, where as the Ark in heaven is inheritance unto God himself, the difference between the Old Covenant & New Covenant is the difference between the OT & the NT. For God who has no end or beginning , hence Eternal , has everything about him to Eternity,
    The Revelation of the Ark of the Covenant in heaven comes by the Prophet Jeremiah , also called as the Prophet of the New Covenant, in 2Macabees2, 4-8, to THE Gathering unto himself, individually in the spirit, taken to the said Cave in Horeb, wherein is seen the Universal Ark of the Covenant from heaven , The Rock of our Salvation, witnessing the Glory of God , as an eternal inheritance unto God, just as Moses saw the inheritance upon the mount, except that it is not to any land but unto God Himself, from earth'
    This again goes by the the words of Jesus of the manner "You know not the Father neither the Son, but them unto whom the Son pleases to reveal"
    It would be prudent for the Jew, who has not the Christ, running after false other gods, even to figure alters in the freemasonic Israeli supreme court -the hindu Vishnu- Lo Egypt , the very Abomination that causes the prophesied Desolation, to which is seen its Marker 'Sodom" being inducted in legally, but to remember the words of God of 'ole "Ye shall not enter into my rest" true unto this day.
