- Situated on a 30-acre land in Maheshwaram, Hyderabad, this 12,050 sq. ft. farmhouse seamlessly integrates into its surroundings through an earthy, minimal design.
Comprising four blocks, three dedicated to bedrooms and one to living and dining spaces, the Manduva house concept inspired the design with courtyards and verandahs providing privacy and connecting the landscape. Individual roof structures, a deviation from the existing farmhouse, promote cross ventilation and panoramic views, reducing the overall mass.

What about the mosquitoes…… , there seems to be a Mandava craze these days ….. probably inspired from nostalgic tollywood movies , feel that Balinese styles are much more organic and proportionate

It looks like a mix of little Japanese and more old south Indian style farmhouse and it looks cool, but you just call the local Mistri to build this house with your own style, what we would have seen in our old ancestors home
Many here maybe not from Agri background, there are lot of snakes and snakes look for water bodies. It's beautiful but risky.

I not understand, why do they need courtyard house when their house already locate in their own working farm.. Just go outside and ped ke neeche lay your khatiya/khaat and enjoy your vacation with family.. Matlab usme jyada maza hai na!!

this do not seem to be a farm house; it look like a resort with artificial vibe. a real farm house will be surrounded by a real farm. here the so called farm is landscaped as it is in a five star hotel. it is clear that the farmer do not get any income from the trees and plants there. those are merely for show off to call it a farm house

@@Buildofy i was going for the 4000 rs anuualy plan but during filling up the form I got stuck in the account setup section. There is a space for mentioning the city I am from so I did fill that with pin code after that but when I pressed next it is saying I have to mention the region and the country too and clearly there is no space provided to fill that up.i tried filling the whole thing in the same space but it didn't do. So please rectify your registration process I think there is some update required or it bug you have to fix.pls
