It would be a great idea to do X style concept tunes of the characters as if it were from a VS. mode in F-ZERO: X. I really had a blast doing this one. The idea of it being Jack Levin's only came about half way through production.

Other says it was Jack Levin in disguise, for whatever reason. Maybe in another life he was, but I highly doubt someone as famous as Jack Levin would have ever crossed paths with the Bloody Chain. The strange part about the Shinigami is what they classify as "weak". During their time in the Bloody Chain, they used their cruelty on civilians, but nowadays it seems small-time criminals are a part of their hit list. A change of heart, perhaps ? Nobody can tell for certain, and encounters with the Shinigami are few and far between to begin with. The Galactic Space Federation set a huge bounty for their capture. This was after the Shinigami parted ways with the Bloody Chain, and it is still unclaimed as of today. This might be the biggest bounty hunting of my life yet. From what my android companion Seven gathered, the last sighting of the Shinigami was near a hidden base where a faction of Black Shadow's "BS Group" was operating. This will be the first place to search for clues about the Shinigami. If there are survivors, they might be able to help out. As for myself ? I'll actually need my handgun for this one, just in case. I usually don't say this, but once I encounter the Shinigami, it's unlikely I'll come out unscathed.
