If the replacement Insignia will be using the same system, I'm glad that I have a new Škoda Superb on order. All the physical switches and dials have been retained, and Škoda have hinted that the "All New" 2024 Superb will also have physical switches and dials too. I have been loyal to Vauxhall for many years, but since PSA took over, there is no suitable equivalent for my Insignia Grand Sport. BTW, thanks for your comprehensive review of the Superb, it helped me make up my mind.👍👍
thanks for the vid, i bought this car last week! would just like to know 2 things if you know the answers to, if im stationary and put my audio volume to maximum its really loud and nice but once i start driving the audio decreases whilst still being at maximum setting and even when i go back to being stationary it doesnt go back up? secondly does the button 2 positions to the right of the home button heat up both back and front windscreen?
Hello! My Opel Astra 2022, with the same dashboard as this one, had no radio or Wi-Fi signal. After being parked for 5 hours, I turned the ignition on and the radio and Wi-Fi never turned on again. It gives the following message "radio antenna is not yet available. Please wait", and never turns on the signal again. Looks like the radio is dead. What could it be? Thanks!
When listening to the radio with engine off the radio swith off after 1 or 2 minutes and on screen message 'emergency mode' appears , can that time be adjusted???
One question- the fuel indicator is a bit unclear, your car seems to have full tank but its not easily recognisable the fuel level. Can you explain a bit?

Loving the car though especially the auto drive function was not so sure at first but after using it it’s absolutely amazing.
Is there any way to activate the 360 camera without going in reverse? There are millions of scenario's in which i want to use the camera without going in reverse. Very stupid that there isn't a dedicated button for this in the interior.
Yes there is an option in the menu to activate it manually but only up to 10mph. Probably easier to just stick it in reverse for a second even if you only want to move forward.
Hi I have had the car for two months now and enjoying better every week a couple of things I can’t get the phone is very low and I can’t get the sound up even when I am ringing someone I find it very difficult to hear and is there a rear fog light I know I am 72 and my last car was 6 years old so there been a lot of changes thanks for any help you can give me
If your car also has front fog lights : turning the ring at the direction indicator handle forward or backward ONCE is to switch on or off the front fog lights, and TWICE is to switch on or off the rear fog light.
Is this the "pure panel PRO" display? As finally Vauxhall UK have the pure panel pro displays back in specs for the astra! :) Vauxhall /Opel where using the cheaper pure panel displays while they moved production from Ukraine to India.(UK)
This is the earlier version that has the black gloss plastic bezel. I have the later version (second half 2023) that has the glass all the way to the edge.
Pretty dumb you can't see anything about oil or tyre stats.. also that screen showing your car on the dashboard doesnt do anything like showing cars infront etc.
Oil level is checked at startup. Tyre pressure system will alert if there is a problem (not instantly and doesn't show you actual pressures, and doesn't seem to indicate which wheel is the problem so could be better). The HUD does show cars detected in front within the follow-distance setting range, at least when adaptive cruise control is activated.
Looks pretty OK actually! Especially for an Opel. Car companies really put effort in making the UI fit the modern standards. Finally :)
