I personally love long videos as I watch them in bed to unwind so the longer the better for me, plus I adore both you & hayley. Your attitude, your humbleness, you just seem like really nice people & the world needs more people like you 2 x
I miss these types of videos from you guys. While it may not perform as well as some of your more storyboarded, tightly edited videos, I've always thought that there's something to be said for making content for the people that already follow you rather than primarily the people that don't yet follow you.
Hey Josh, idk if you will read this but just in case…my father passed away New Year’s Eve and it’s been a rough time. I’m in between jobs, money is extremely tight. Me and my dad used to do eBay reselling together years ago but life got in the way and we quit doing it. The last few months of his life he was talking about starting it back up. I was kind of hesitant for no good reason. The last clip you did, you were wearing a golf shirt that he also had. He wore it often. I ugly cried for a few minutes and then it hit me. I feel like this might be him, or god, or some higher power giving me the sign to do this. Thank you for your content. It means a lot to the community.
Your dad was a smart man. If he sent you a sign he knows you’ll feel close to him doing this and he wanted you to do it to begin with for a reason. There’s other ways to create your own or even just extra income but very few with low capital.
I sold on Ebay until my husband passed two years ago then quit. Now I'm ready to start up again and it reminds me how much fun we had sourcing and selling. Just now creating my first listing. Ugly cry and keep the memories! All the best...
the best decision I ever made in my life was investing in financial market. Trust me guys, it pays a lot. I have come to realize that trading bitcoin is more profitable than holding it and waiting for it to skyrocket. If you trade without a expert then you are gambling and have no business in trading..
@@patricklennon1080I strongly advise you against self trading, it's really dangerous and has brought many investors down, you need someone with the right strategies and expertise to do the work for you, I recommend Mr fergus Waylen expertise.
I'm honestly surprised that this name is being mentioned here, I stumbled upon one of his clients testimony last two months in CNBC world news and decided to try him out...I'm Expecting my third cashout in 2days
I have also been trading with him and the profits are secured and over a 100% return on investment directly sent to your wallet. Lack of trade discipline is the primary reason for in day trade losses. It is estimated that nearly 80-85% of day traders end up losing money in the stock market
Love this video w/ a little bit of everything. You do a great job mixing things up & keeping it fresh & it's been awhile since you've put one out like this. I always look forward to seeing your content! Long or short, I always watch. Thanks for all you do!
I'm a new reseller and have been having a lot of success largely due to all the advice I've gotten from these videos! I'd love a video that kinda touches on how to identify high value shoes/clothing. Or just tips on how you pick the items you choose to buy. I know there is a lot that goes into it, but I feel this is an even harder thing to learn than shipping has been. Wishing the best to your family, your videos help a lot of people!
i like what your saying. They could do like 5 pointers to look at while judging shoes. And do another real time cleaning of a couple stained item. shoes or Garments, hats.
Man I wish I’d found them before I started selling!! I made some mistakes along the way, but people like Josh & Haylie sharing their knowledge has helped tremendously.
I made a list of what I've learned from you: Be 100% transparent, flea market bargaining, organization for inventory is key, Mose is an important part of the team, sharing your mission trips, Harleys progression as a reseller- so proud of her. I can go on. Thank you so much. I watch daily. I sell on Poshmark and I've been to your bins.
My son and daughter went to Iceland in the summer on a college trip to help the area dig up and pull up non-native plants. They loved it. Had an amazing time. They had people cooking for them native dishes and they traveled all over.
One of the best shows, very helpful for someone like me - 82 years of age ( not old ) about to try eBay to disperse 60 years of collecting and thrifting
I love the 1092 suggestion for shipping shoes in a box. I slide them in a poly bag and off they go. I personally have never had an issue but I still dig your method.
I appreciate that you buy items that need to be cleaned. So many resellers don't even think about having to do anything and want store to home to sell with no effort.
This was great. There is a lot of variety in what you do on this kind of day and it makes a really good video. This was the perfect excuse to take a longe break from my cleaning project.
I am addicted to the trial, it is better than any TV crime show! You couldn’t have made this story up if you tried! Enjoy the two of you as well! Keep up the good work, you work so well together and are always so positive!🇨🇦🎉❤️
Search James from Court on youtube. He stated getting interested in trials during Depp/Heard. He received his first reporter pass during this trial and has a fresh take on what went on in courtroom and reactions of jury to trial.
Honestly I love seeing what the actual cost is to you two once you make a sale I work a full time job and have always wanted to start my own business along with being a reseller but you have honestly shown how difficult it is and made me realize that it takes way more effort than what I'm expecting
I'm a long time watcher and never comment but this is my lonnng over-due THANK YOU to you, Hayley and Mose. I've been a ebay seller since the pandemic and your knowledge has been absolutely amazing and implemented into my ebay selling. I'm a Pokémon seller/TH-camr and when the cards aren't selling, I have my goodwill and thrift items to keep me afloat! My wife and I have been enjoying your content for years and we appreciate all that you've shared including the joy of that sweet dog of yours! Love you so much! Keep up the legendary content ya'll! ❤️
Agree on file cabinets. I was doing stacked banker boxes but it was hard to pull out the ones on the bottom so now I have filing cabinets with a fewer banker boxes on top. If you check for used filing cabinets you can sometimes get them free and easy pull out shelving is so nice!
Josh and Hayley, I always enjoy your videos! You keep the conversation and action going so it never gets boring. Mose is a hoot, he was very talkative today and needed to tell his part of the story as well! Thanks for the video.
@Lee Willers I agree with you about Mose. I'm sorry Josh and Hayley, but when he puts in an appearance, he steals the whole show. :) :) You need to make him a 'partner' in your business. :)
Just discovered you a few days ago from Phoenix Resale. Love your content, man. My partner and I just started the journey about 2 weeks ago and have already made almost $500 in sales. I'm loving this type of content! Hope you and your family are well!
Love all the content! I watched thru because I’m working on similar mixed content but I prefer your 10-15 min videos. I got distracted somewhere in the mail and had to scroll back.
Love this format! Haha I roll my pfre's across the label when I pre-stuff but your way makes more sense. Also doing 3 folds on the cardboard flat rate mailer really helps everything fit a little better, it's easy to find videos/demos but it's both bottom corners and then across the bottom.
Love these videos!! Long time subscriber here and this reminds me of the videos from a few years ago which I loved and what got me into reselling...not that I don't love them now 😁
Wells Lamont is very good brand of gloves. You’ll love this. Began in 1907 as The Wells Glove Company in Aberdeen, SD with $500 and five sewing machines. They are known for their leather work gloves. In the last ten years, they have been developing new techniques processing the leather.
Would love more videos like this! Really enjoy seeing all the behind the scenes work (especially the packaging part!) You guys are so entertaining to watch, thanks for the uploads!
Awesome love the long videos ,could watch y'all all day ,,guess what I got bumped up to 700 items on ebay I'm pumped ,thanks to y'all sharing your knowledge,,I started with 5 dollars and bought a pair of sketchers memory foam shoes at the goodwill sold them for 30 and here I am today selling 6 to 8 orders a day ,Thank y'all from Texas,,Y'all the best
I love these types of videos! Its what brought me to your channel originally. I like your other style of videos too, but having one of these every now and again is a great treat! Also just bought something from your Ebay store. Ive been trying to find something you were selling that I needed and was able to find something! So happy to support you in a way that works for me.
I'm from Moscow, ID, so I get that weird feeling about your town suddenly being news-worthy due to a tragedy. Thanks for the kick in getting my foot pedal listed too - I had been sitting on it too long.
Just stumbled on your videos today. Watched 3 so far. Thanks for being real and sharing how you do things. This day in the life kinda video is extremely helpful. Please do more. You share the “how” you do things from your storing merchandise, shipping etc. very good. Keep them coming!
You guys are awesome, I've watched a lot of your videos on youtube. As a fellow reseller on ebay you have opened my eyes to other platforms and I wanted to say thank you 😊.
Thanks guys. Ebay charges fees on shipping so they get their fair share from sellers who charge above actual shipping. (or a lot over actual shipping) i.e. 8 oz items sells for 4.99 but seller charges 20- shipping
Hey Josh, I know I said it before, take more advantage of the priority mail flat rate envelopes. Some of what you shipped today could have fit in one of those envelopes with a little bit of bubble wrap if needed. Even shoes. The money saved does add up.
Red Phone Handsets from that era usually have modular cords, so you can unplug the stretchable cable at the phone end and do the wrapping in 2 parts (or unplug it at both ends and wrap it in 3 parts), without having the cord get in the way, during the pack.
Definitely enjoyed the video. Shows both the finds and the ships of the items. Would be neat to see a bit of what you do to clean and prep items that you buy.
Packing the Shoe Box in a 1092: I use that "Box Stretching" method myself on other boxes when I need them a bit longer, taller or wider, but when I have a pair of shoes in their retail box too large to fit into the Priority Shoebox, I use the 1092 (or 1095 or 1097) a bit differently. I slit it open lengthwise along the glued up double seam, following the red line and lay it wide open. Then I put the shoe box on 1 of the factory folds (usually upside down, since the shoe box lid is a bit wider then the base) and wrap the 1092 around the shoe box, burrito style. I make the new folds for the 1092 using the shoe box as the form, by just folding them over. When it comes all the way around I overlap it and inch or two. If it is way too long, I slice off the excess off (which for me is that doubled up seam on the 1092 where I made the first slit), still leaving an overlap. Then I make the new flaps, with knife slits the same way you did. I do the slits for the new end flaps from the inside, by pushing the knife out adjacent to the shoe box ends. That way I am less likely to cut the product. Doing it this way takes about the same time as Box Stretching. But doing it as a wrap avoids having extra space inside that then needs void fill and can keep the weight down (cutting the overlap, trimming the flaps shorter and using no void fill), which sometimes keeps you from jumping up to the next pound on the pay scale. I use this same method for board games, puzzles or any new product in a square shaped box that is sturdy enough to not need bubble wrap or void fill. Oh, I like the Day in the Life style videos!
If the Retail Shoe box is very large, say for really large work boots, I use the same method, but slit 2 boxes fully open. The first is folded as a U shape on the top face and down two sides, the second is folded as a U shape on the back face and up two sides. I trim both places they overlap, on the sides. Tape them up and make the new end fold slits the same way as before.
Josh praying for hampton and all of South Carolina after all that happened with the trial! So sad and it must be so strange that it is all in your hometown. Stay safe love the videos!
Ebay didn't always charge their fee on shipping. But sellers used to "sell" their items for "0.01" with like $100 shipping to avoid the fees. Ebay started charging fees on the shipping to prevent that
Wells Lamont makes a lot of leather cowhide work gloves. We see them often, I think because some of ourt Big Box Stores (CostCo, Home Depot??) stock them
Love your guys videos can't get enough of them. So I saw you get a USPS box and cut it and put like a lid on the other box I did not know that you can adopt USPS boxes together. I could save so much more time and boxes of my own.
I, too, really enjoy the long-form videos. You develop a pace and flow that really helps the viewer engage with your content. I know that it's not always convenient, nor does every subject lend itself to frequent use of this format, but occasional forays into this, on various subjects should help keep viewers interested. I know that is true for me, anyway. Thanks for the great video.
I'm new to reselling. Questions... should I have my return address a PO Box? Did you say you had e-bay returns sent to your PO box? And you didn't check it for over a month? Don't you need to check the returns to make sure they aren't broken, aren't empty boxes, etc? How often to you have items get damaged in shipping? What about insuring items/using priority mail? Do you always use some kind of shipping that has insurance to protect yourself. Shipping is the one thing on e-bay that i just don't get! And all the shipping videos I've seen just aren't thorough enough. They don't answer these types of questions. Help! And I did really like this video!
Enjoyed this very much. I like the behind the scenes and would like to see the processing of your purchases through the cleaning and listing phase too.
I am so excited for flip con. Last year wanted to come, but figured it was too far. When I found out it was in Charlotte I was shocked because I only live about an hour and 10 minutes away. I am so coming this year to flip con. I love your longer videos as I listen to them as I drive into work.
LOVE these types of videos! I do have a suggestion.. when getting items from your bins, why not get them all at once? You could print which bins/items they are and then just get all at once instead of walking back and forth? Keep up the great work!!
I personally love long videos as I watch them in bed to unwind so the longer the better for me, plus I adore both you & hayley. Your attitude, your humbleness, you just seem like really nice people & the world needs more people like you 2 x
do you want to watch together?

It was nice to share a “normal day” with you and Haley.
Yes these are my favorite type of videos!!
Love this casual, inside look kinda video that gives a lot of tips and tricks from your experience. Really cool to see and helpful!

Just stumbled on your videos today. Watched 3 so far. Thanks for being real and sharing how you do things. This day in the life kinda video is extremely helpful. Please do more. You share the “how” you do things from your storing merchandise, shipping etc. very good. Keep them coming!
Love long videos and love “day in the life” videos. Good reminder of the little actions that keep a business going!
Hello from Washington State. I LOVE the packing video! Very informative. Thank you.
I have thought before that file cabinets would be a great way to store inventory.
You guys are awesome, I've watched a lot of your videos on youtube. As a fellow reseller on ebay you have opened my eyes to other platforms and I wanted to say thank you 😊.
lol. Never feel bad abt ur vs wife's quality and quantity of finds. U are the OG in the fam. All success is because of you !

Definitely enjoyed the video. Shows both the finds and the ships of the items. Would be neat to see a bit of what you do to clean and prep items that you buy.
I really really love your longer, ‘day in the life’ videos! 😊
I didn't realize how much I missed this kind of videos. It feel like I'm m visiting an old friend. Keep them coming up, please. And welcome back.
I love the OG style video, have been missing them. Thanks for all you do!
I definitely have missed the videos of you pulling your sales. Those are my personal favorites. ❤
LOVE videos like this! Especially you explaining how to finagle boxes to fit shoes in the shoe box! That's a GREAT hack!
Ebay didn't always charge their fee on shipping. But sellers used to "sell" their items for "0.01" with like $100 shipping to avoid the fees. Ebay started charging fees on the shipping to prevent that
loved the length and content!!
Yes we love seeing all behind the seens
Wells Lamont makes a lot of leather cowhide work gloves. We see them often, I think because some of ourt Big Box Stores (CostCo, Home Depot??) stock them
Love your guys videos can't get enough of them. So I saw you get a USPS box and cut it and put like a lid on the other box I did not know that you can adopt USPS boxes together. I could save so much more time and boxes of my own.
Keep these videos up. I love these kinds of long videos and thanks you for advice, guidance, and entertainment.
That’s so cool how you did that with the box so it would fit the shoe box
I love this format i like seeing how your "normal" day is , nice to have this like once a month just to see how it change thrue the season.
Apparently your work, gives me an inspiration like no other, just want to say thank you.
I appreciate these longer videos. You keep me company while I do my own eBay listing and selling! Thanks for being your awesome selves!
Yes please! Videos like this are oh so helpful. I appreciate you two so much!

I like these videos the most because they give me a true inside in your business and how you handle everything. The best! TY
I do like this style video! It keeps me going with the hustle and the process! Thanks!
I love how well-rounded this video is. The length is great.
It feels like class is in session. 👍👍
Love when you show and share the everyday work. We learn a lot!
Good to see a vid like this, vids like these are great as it shows more intimate things like all the daily bits not just the buying side of things!
Thanks so much for the vid. You two have become quite entertaining. I love it when Hailey gets excited. Keep up the good content!!
OMG I am obsessed with the Murdaugh case!!! I can’t believe your connection!!!!
These type videos are great. Would definitely like to see more. Enjoy all of your videos.
We absolutely loved it!!!! MORE LONG VIDEOS PLEASE!!!!
We love these videos where you show how you pack things up. It’s a great help to us as we are newer to the resale circuit.
I could watch you two all day. You all very informative and spiritual. Thank you for all the great videos.
Enjoyed this "old school" Hairy Tornado video. I think this is the type of video + Hayley that made your channel so successful!
Whoa so interesting that you are so close to that Netflix story. Great idea w/ show box adjustment. ❤️🇨🇦
Definitely enjoy the longer videos 😊
Love the longer videos. Awesome content, been a fan for a while now . Love the box trick as well I usually do a lot of frankeinboxes lol
LOVE these types of videos!
I do have a suggestion.. when getting items from your bins, why not get them all at once? You could print which bins/items they are and then just get all at once instead of walking back and forth?
Keep up the great work!!
