Just look for the same ingredients you'd use on your face. In this video she mentions the shea moisture body wash with oat milk and rice water. Rice water helps to brighten. You could also look for ingredients like honey, royal jelly, propolis, azelaic acid, any AHA, PHA, or BHA, niacinimide, vitamin C (w/ferulic acid and vitamin E) or you could do ingredients that are rich in Vitamin C such as green tea or seabuckthorn oil. Rosehip oil and tamanu oil are another two ingredients that help with brightening as well. A lot of these ingredients also help with acne as well.

I use the Aveeno Restorative Skin Therapy body wash, and matching body moisturizer for my face due to this video. ❤
I had a bad reaction on my forehead due to using shampoo and conditioner with Niacinamide in it, and my forehead broke out in hives. This was the ONLY product I could use to wash and moisturize my face without it burning, stinging, and itching. Even Vanicream was stinging my face, but my skin loves this Aveeno Restorative Skin Therapy line.
I used the Aveeno and Eucerin and I can attest to the moisturizing properties. Next I will try the vanicream. Thanks Dr dray
Everything she recommends I buy! She’s the real deal. Thanks Doctor 😊
😂 😂 😂 let dead skin build up then remove.
What do you use to lather these on body and wash your body? I have heard loofas can be very bad with collecting bacteria. Any suggestions? Thanks for the great videos and sharing your knowledge with us.💓💓
I just bought that Shea moisture Baby for my daughters! Haven’t tried it yet though! So excited now!
What happens if I use water resistant sunscreen for my entire body? Do I keep using the body wash on certain areas? Or definetly wash my entire body to remove the sunscreen? Binge watching your videos!
Hi, please do a video to decrease eye puffiness in the morning. Love your content, so informative.
What do you think about the Bioderma Atoderm Shower oil? Can it also be used as an oil cleanser for the face?
Thank you Dr Dray🔥 this video definitely clears up the misconception people had of the "no soap video" a few years ago. I love you recommendations. I do believe the lathering in shower 🚿 is definitely a ritual and soothing thing 🧖🏽 for the most part.
There is a eucerin baby wash and shampoo too! Can you review it? I use it on my face as well but not sure if it’s recommended to use it that way. It does lather
I stopped using soap on my body (except for skin fold areas) a few months back. I haven’t noticed too much of a difference in my skin, but it just proves that you don’t really need it. One less product to buy 🎉
So what do you use??
Water, unless I’m actually dirty from working in the yard or something like that.
Do you scrub with a washcloth or anything like that?
@@thinking7667 nope! I just rinse off with water unless I’m wearing sunscreen or got dirty doing yard work or something.
That sounds really nasty 🤢 you definitely smell and most likely have gotten used to it.
Please doc do a video about chronic scalp infection and dandruff for oily scalp in pcod condition...😔
i have videos on those topics
Ok doc..
Shea Moisture is one of my absolute favorite brands for nearly everything.
I never knew you could rinse of sweat with only water. Thanks for the tip.
hope you all have such a great wednesday enjoy xo
Happy Wednesday!
Do you recommend the Eucerin skin-calming body wash for kids to use every shower?
Hi Dr. Dray, what do you think about Ogx body wash?
What about La Roche Posay’s Lipikar AP+ Gentle Foaming Moisturizing wash? Is this okay to use?
Oooh, they have a body wash in the Lipikar range? Good to know 🤔
some have SLS the lotion or the bath(cant recall if not wrong is the lotion ) . i avoid it because it gives me itch togerher with parabens . Sigh .... Sensetive skin and my bottom leg have eczema . Lotion wise haveva lot of petrolatum derived from eg Parainum something something ...... there were a few .
Yes!! It s so good and it doesn’t dry out my skin - lipikar AP+
Not really Eucerin is better if you can get pass the fishy smell
can you do a vid on the best body washes for people who have body acne or hyperpigmentation on their body?
BPO cleanser 4% BPO fro panaoxyl and cerave she mention it in the latest am pm
❤️ your channel. Thx for all that you do! Would you pls do a review of the new Naturium Body Washes. Thx so much!!!
I just love the way she says “oh hey guys” 🥰
Im older and i use shea moisture kids shampoo and love it.
Thanks for this Dr Dray! I love that you get straight to the video. Happy Wednesday! (:
thanks for watching
YES YES YES YES....I was looking through my drugstores religiously to find a non-stripping body wash also, Dr, dray, before you, I had NO idea how much damage I was doing to my own body by showering so thank you thank you thank you..This has been happening so often now, I feel like you've got cookies installed on my computer and upload videos according to what I search
I know right 😄
Hope these help 👍🏼
@@DrDrayzday oh MY GOD I am geeking out over the fact that you replied....yes these help a lot...the only downside is that Aveeno hasn't released their Restorative Skin line in the UK...the ones they already have in the UK have sodium Laureth sulfate😫
Very informative. Been strategic body washing in order to cut time in shower, now I need to get that temp down. Slathering my cerave afterwards is wonderful. Just purchased Aveeno balm for a couple of excess trouble spots & it is great. Thanx for what you do for us. Being so trusted is a blessing. xoxo
How do you properly use the body wash? Should you use your hands only to apply or is it better to use a cloth?
Hi Dr. Dray and everyone! I just ordered the other Aveeno body wash, this morning. I’m going to see if I can cancel it and order the one you recommend, or the Eucerin. I’ve really developed a fondness for Eucerin!
Thank you!
What do you think about hydrogen peroxide for skin bleaching? Is it safe?
Walgreens was having the buy 3 get 1 free for Skincare items so I stocked up on Vanicream. I bought the Vanicream Gentle facial cleanser, the cleansing bar and the facial moisturizer and then I chose the lip balm as my free item. 💕
I love listening to your councils, I have changed a lot since I followed you, my daughter Ivanna
I would love to if you talk about Moroccan bathing style. It's like bathing in a steamy room and for me it takes two hours to exfoliate my skin with a harsh loofah, wash my hair and then washing my body with a body wash. Since I started watching you I knew that this is completely wrong , but my skin is so used to exfoliating to the point where it gets so flaky and itchy if I dont go to this bath and exfoliate so I dont know how to fix this ? By the way when we exfoliate we have little blackish things coming off our skin so I have to take them off otherwise my skin is a mess . Thank you so much and YOU ARE AMAAAZING ❤️
