    Thank you so much for this meditation! I had a setback and am approaching the day my oldest son passed away as I care for my other son who also has the same condition. I was spiraling and I feel much more calmer. Bless you ❤

    Thank you so much. I praise God I found your channel. I have been struggling with some really intense intrusive thoughts. Today at mass the priest was explaining how we often try to discern our paths in life based on what we have experienced during childhood. It was so relatable to what I’m dealing with in my head. Obsessively trying to make sense of my trauma. When I got home I watched your video on intrusive thoughts explaining why they occur. Then I watched this video. Instantly felt so much relief. It will definitely be a daily practice for as long as it takes to let go and let God discern my path in life.

    Goingbthrough a break up rn. It sucks so bad. Been crying a lot, anxiety at an all time high had panic attacks couple of days now. Crying and this meditation helps big time. Thank you Dennis!

    I fel a sleep without 5 min… and woke up at the end… I suffer from anxiety, depression and insomnia, but this felt like a ‘love’ shower. God bless u

    Lovely. I found it even better with some meditation sounds that I had in the background.
    I honestly was able to let go of negativity for the whole day.

    I want to hide and cry…my body is shaking 😢 Too many heavy traumatic experiences since I was a child…and two months ago someone broke into my home at 02:00. I’m scared of living

      Sending you love and peace. The body's response to trauma can be ptsd. I'm sure you've tried therapy. I've heard that EMDR therapy can work miracles. Also, setting an intention to well can help.

    I'll look through but is this the only meditation regarding 'calm' and peace you have? I'd love more of these type. My other fav is Letting Go meditation.

    I love it but I have to turn it off because of that whistling you do when you talk like it's. That's not bro, that messes up meditation. The way you do that whistle when you talk like. I gotta turn you off and go find Something Else.
