I am going to Porto again in 3 weeks. Yay! I am going on my own, which is exciting, because I will do everything I want. And I want to wander around, eat, drink beer and wine and then wander around some more and eat and drink some more! I have started a list of tapas style, markets and some cheaper local places. And now I am here for more ideas!
Enjoy your trip! 💕✨
@@LondonerbyYaroslavaKirichok why, thank you!

Some great nosh and great video - well done.
Thanks ✨
@@LondonerbyYaroslavaKirichok you're most welcome
Oh! And when there is no "signs" indicating where you put your accentuation, you do it in just before the ultima, so: cervejar"I"a )
Ha ha somehow I remembered it wrong, thanks:)
How about the Rose Dupatto Duck Rice at Braga, can you describe more for the location, the name of the restaurant?
We got it from Tia Aninhas cafe.
Thanks a lot! @@LondonerbyYaroslavaKirichok
Really nice video! I just wonder where to get the Duck rice 😅
In any cafe that serves traditional portugese food, we got it from Tia Aninhas cafe.
It should be better if you could write down the names (the addresses too!). It's hard to figure out how to call them and where they are to the new visitors.
Please check the description where you can find all the information.
You should write out the names of the restaurants next time
Check out the description
If you see this sign"~" over "ao" like in "ão" is because you sould pronounce it like "an" and not "ao".
Nice video, by the way )
Like an? Never heard of this, isn’t it uh + soft oom sound? 🤯
@@LondonerbyYaroslavaKirichok No. The question arised for me because of the question of Tristan vs Tristão, the sounding is the same but the english speakers ignore that in portuguese "ão" sounds like "an" in english like in the words pão "pan" (bread), cão "can" (dog) etc.
but sometimes (a regional thing) some people indeed pronounce some of the words like om
Any recommendations of what area to stay, I'm single young at heart
Porto is so small, whenever you choose to stay in Porto, it is walkable:)
Is duck rice spicy? I am going to Porto, but I don't eat spicy food, so I am trying to figure out what I should try and what I should avoid.
No it is not spicy at all
@@LondonerbyYaroslavaKirichok Thank you, I wasn't sure because all recipes I saw on the web mentioned that it contains chorizo. I thought chorizo was spicy. What about food in Porto in general, is most of it not spicy?
0:22 - Porto is not located on the banks of the Douro river, it's located only on the north bank.
Ok thanks
