In this video, I tour a 2 condos in Kamala Beach, Phuket.
Kamala beach is located in western Phuket, about 10 minutes drive from Patong.
The two condos I tour are a studio unit for 6 million THB and a 2 bedroom unit for 16 million THB.
Both condos have an amazing view of Kamala Beach, one of the most beautiful in all of Phuket.

Sure, I think these units would be better suited for investment purposes. I agree, when you see something every day, it becomes the norm. You can still charge a premium rental rate for those views though....
