ughhhhhhh now all i need is Cesar's and Maribel's and I'll be done...too bad you cant change the outcome of the weapon when you save then go appraise it and if its not the one you want then you quit and appraise again but nope XD they decided to make it harder for us. -.-
Have a question, im standign at 99% (204 of 205 weapons), im checking like crazy ,which weapon im missing, checked all those weapons that don't count and Im dead sure, that I have collected all 205, but my game shows only 204 and the only weapon i saw in thel ist that i dont haave currently is the dragonlords sceoter, which is listed as - doesnt count, because its a dlc weapon that wasnt there from begin on. I made sure, I bought all weapons, I made sure i made the all treasure achievement, so I opened everything and got everythign from chests. However, to make money, I sold some old stuff that I can rebuy anytime again if needed.... Do you have to have 1 of each weapon actually in the inventory to make the achievement well armed pop up, or is it enough to have had each weapon at least once in your inventory just to make the entry of it count in the list for the percentage??? Cant believe, that im standing at 204 of 205 weaponds, made sure, i iopened all chests, bought everything from the shop and am still missing 1 item to 100% >.< What am i missing here T.T I even switched with both heroes all jobs to ensure, that each had equiupped the beginner weapons cause they coutn for both sexes each. Really have to double check now each single entry of the list with mine just to find out that 1 single weapon that iam missing /sob.
What map unlocked the Über Abacus. Solo I can’t unlock maze so I’m going through bad guys base, tomb of the trinity, twin kings map, veteran lynx, abbarent estate, appraised over 200 weapons and I need this last one for my platinum.
Unfortunately, The Maze of the Mighty *is* the best for it, but it is still luck (RNG) involved. The others are completely random for dropping it. The Maze of the Mighty will *always* give you a weapon item for one of the characters on your team when it gives you a weapon item (so if you bring Torneko, you're far better off to be blessed by RNGezus with getting that Uber Abacus). It has a high chance of being an essence/extract, but can give you shards/fragments. It is the only place to get essences/extracts, which tend to become the best weapons. The quickest map you can run through is Bad Guys Base, though. So if you can't unlock The Maze of the Mighty by yourself, you can keep giving that a shot since you can clear it in under a minute (typically around or under 30 seconds).
You're welcome! Good catch on the Builder's Mallet, as I forgot to include that one in the list (I was tired lol) when I uploaded the video and typed up the description. That one doesn't count towards the trophy. You get that if you go and press Claim Rewards when you start up the game and have Dragon Quest Builders save data. I edited the description to include that in the weapons not needed for the trophy list. The Crystal Fists are sold in the weapon shop, actually. I don't remember how far into the game, or if/which of the blacksmith's Hammer and Tongs quests add them to it. But with that said, did you do all of the blacksmith's Hammer and Tongs quests yet? The last part you actually have to trigger out in a wild zone. He hangs out in The Damned Dunes after you've completed the other Hammer and Tongs side quests. Talk to him and it'll initiate the last part of that sidequest, and the weapon's dealer dude in Accordia will sell another slew of weapons if you still don't have those yet. The Staff of Night you get the same way as farming Uber Weapons. th-cam.com/video/OJyHPs2rDvI/w-d-xo.html Eventually you can get it from doing that. You can try any of the Dimensional Dungeon's refighting previous storyline boss fight maps to get it, but for convenience's sake, probably just stick to the Aberrant Estate to get it. Hope that all helps! :D
I was missing some Uber weapons. I have done around 100 times the Estate as you suggested but still haven't found the Staff of Night. Are you sure I can get it from that dungeon?
Damn. If you're still comin' up unlucky by the time you read this, I'd say go ahead and try the Maze of the Mighty dungeon map. That one should hopefully produce better results and chance of getting it. It's a rare drop in general, that's what sucks. :
14 Twin swords 28 Swords (17 Shields) 14 Great-swords 16 Great Axes 19 Gloves/Gauntlets 14 Spears 12 Abacus 12 Cards 12 Fans 14 Boomerangs 14 Claws 14 Bows 12 Whips 16 Wands 14 Heavy Wands 15 Staffs for a total 257 in total (including all DLC weapons and shields) for the ones that count toward the Well Armed Trophy take 36 away 221 weapons (plus shields) that count toward the trophy
Hello I bought the USA explorers edition and got the DLC weapons but you seem to have 8 more slime weapons than me? Also for the trophy do I need heroes heavy wand? And we're is dragon lords sceptre and wyrm wand? I'm at 97% now and help would be great.
The Slime weapons you get from sidequests they patched in via DLC (previously you could buy them from Maxi Malone). Do all the sidequests first and you'll have them. There'll be NPCs not in the usual spots pop up in Accordia with exclamations over their heads. Doing all those sidequests net you the slime weapons. The other slime weapons will be sold in Maxi Malone's mini medal shop. The Metal King weapons count towards 100% as well. Everything counts that you see in this 100% weapon video except the ones I list in the description that don't count towards it. Hero’s Heavy Wand requires you turning the male protagonist into the Mage vocation to get it if I'm not mistaken. So if you didn't, then do that. Same with Priest. One of those two should net you that weapon from turning him. Wyrmwand can be bought from the weapon shop dude in Accordia for 223500G after you do the sidequest, Hammers & Tongs 3. If you haven't done that yet, go to the Grand Dunes, use the Tomb of the Sun teleportal, but use it to teleport to The Damned Dunes and find the blacksmith to trigger that sidequest, since he chills out there in the desert.
That actually was what prevented me from getting both the Well-Armed and Platinum Trophy as it was the only weapon I didn't have and found out on my own how to get it. Which drove me crazy for like a week. lol It's dumb in the scheme of things since it's not the only class that can use them (and was the only one I never turned her into at the time so I decided to try it) but the only way to get the Heroine Claws is going to the Abbot of Alltrades and changing the female protagonist's vocation to a Thief. You'll then be given the Heroine Claws upon doing so, and the Well-Armed (all weapons) trophy will pop up. :D
I have been dungeon crawling for a week and no uber weapons at all. Can't beat dragonlords den or tomb of trinity with level 99 maxed out party these maps destroy my party in one attack.
hello you probable dont remember where did you get( staff of night at 7:35) ? thats only i missing and ( builders mallet at 2:23) please if you remember where to get this is last for my platinum
Sorry for the small delay, but the Builder's Mallet isn't included as part of the trophy. You get that as a bonus by choosing Claim Rewards before loading up your game if you have Dragon Quest Builders save data. The Staff of Night however IS included and needed as part of the trophy. You get that by doing a Dimensional Dungeon as a reward. There's apparently an exact one that can gift it no matter what, but the internet isn't much help in having kept track that one's name. But a loosely translated from Japanese site called it "Labyrinth of the Mighty Men". But either way, I can personally confirm that you get The Staff of Night the same way as farming Uber Weapons. th-cam.com/video/OJyHPs2rDvI/w-d-xo.html Eventually you can get it from just doing that. Which is how I got it. You can try any of the Dimensional Dungeon's refighting previous storyline boss fight maps to get it, but for convenience's sake, probably just stick to the Aberrant Estate to get it. I don't know if you still need help with this given it's been about 3 days, but I hope this helps and you got the trophy by the time you read and reply to this! :D
Where did you find Gem slime sword, robo-razor, golem ganutlet, imp fork and shadow blade?? I have done all side mission, a lot of dungeons and everything but can't find them.... Edit: ok it seems they are from the explorer edition, so i think the don't count for the 100%... But i am at 98% and i don't know whats the remaining weapons.... Goddman
Anyone know how to get the Explorer's Edition weapons? I have them installed but they're not in my inventory. A bunch of FAQs say your supposed get them in Accordia, but I'm in Ingenia now and still no weapons.
Turn your male main hero (Lazarel) into a Mage. Builder's Mallet doesn't count towards the weapon trophy (Well-Armed), so you don't have to worry about that. But the only way to get that one is to have Dragon Quest Builders save data. When you start up the game, you'll see a thing that says Claim Rewards. If you have Dragon Quest Heroes 1 data, you get the male and female protagonist (Luceus and Aurora)'s outfits for Dragon Quest Heroes II's protagonists (Lazarel and Teresa) too.
