I think when he talks about this it really hits home. That we were made to be at peace and feel while with God, despite our mental state. It gives me a whole new perspective on everything was sound which even not knowing the lyrics fully has helped me through my mental state and makes me feel like I am whole with God regardless of where my head may be at. Great stuff
Wow I have enjoyed these videos soo much. Your love for lyrical perfection is amzing. not only that , this is music that stil has hart... a message that one can learn and hear. Thanks you so much for this , please do not stop
I love all of these interviews, but I don't see where the 9th footnote of "the center of the panopticon" is cited in the lyrics. I'm assuming it's the word "wound" but I don't want to draw any conclusions that would be contradictory to what Garrett intended when writing it.
Definitely the most astonishing and beautiful album ever made. Thank you for this, Silent Planet. Thank you, Caye, for those amazing videos.
Bro you just wait 6 years 🤯
Such a plot twist about him watching the stories. Wow so deep.

Someone should make movie inspired by Everything Was Sound,it would make great story
Or at least a novel
Agreed
More likely novel
I think a short film would work
Garret could totally write a novel of it
To think only like 2000 people have seen this video.. i have had a mind-explosion after watching these videos!

I love this man and his perspective.
I love you earth. I love all your faults. (everything&everyone)
This album is very deep. But in a way it almost reminds me of Dante's Inferno how he's walking through all these "circles" to get the full Picture.
Wow. Amazed
this man is a geniys

Ethan Honza the second song on the album.
Did Garrett ever explain the meaning behind the title "Everything Was Sound"?
Kevin O'Brien I feel like it could mean that every disorder and disease was crafted into a sound, a musical movement. Everything. Was. Sound.
