    I have watched this video 10 to 15 times...
    Dr. Sandeep ji, the figure you have shown,in which there is very less gap between the knee bones (which you showed with arrow) can those knee bones be cured with exercises..
    I don't have money for surgery..plzz tell me..plzz help me out...you are doing very great job for humanity..my salute to you sir..

    Doctor sir ji namaste sabse pahele to mai aapka dil se dhanyawad karna chahta hu q ki aapke vdos na ki paisa kamane k tyor pr hai, balki patients ko ghar baithe hi sahi jankari, salah or upchar,exercise batane k liye hai.
    sir ji mafi chahta hu aapka thoda samay lene k liye q ki bohet se vdos me short me batate hai but aap k vdos me etni gaherae se problem ka karan, avoidance in sabke bare me vstar se samzaya es karan maine bhi pura problem batane ka man kiya esliye msg thoda lamba hoga to skshma chahta hu.

    Sir ji mai 17/ 03 2017 ko lohe k sidi pair fislne k karn kamar k bal gir gaya tha hospital me admit hone pr doctor ne bataya ki L4 L5 Disc bulge hai upchar me novamol ejection hi dose chalu kiye 15 din tak but relief nhi hua badme unhone dusre hospital me refer kiya waha pe mujhe 15 days tak dono pairo me yani ghutne k niche belt bandkar 10-10 kg ke vajan traction laga kr rakhe din rat rakhte the sirf khane pine toilet ke samay hi chodte the 7 ve din ke bad hi mere dono paoro k ghutno me tak tak ki aavaj shuru hue jo ki maine unse problem discuss bhi kiya but unhone hath uper kiya kahene lage ki aapko phele se hoga abhi pata chala hoga ho jayega relief koi bat nhi, jab ki sir ji mera jobb esa tha ki rojana 5 km jana or 5 km aana yani roj ka 10 km.tb mujhe pairo me 1% bhi problem nhi thi.
    Ab jab ki 1 sal beet gaya magar ghutno me chatkne ki aavaj or bhi badh gayi hai or sidi chalne me or pair modne me dard bhi kafi hota hai. Xray nikal ne pr doctor ne bataya ki knee osteoarthritis hua hai tab se bohot dawaeya khai hai 3 mahine mai physiotherapy bhe le chuka hu but sir mujhe pura relief nhi hua goli, pain relief gell lagata hu to thodi der aaram hota hai wapas vaise hi dard rahete hai.

    Sir, your video was very informative and helpful. I am facing knee pain in my right knee, I am 30 years old, mother of one and over weight and I think have water retention as well. It has been almost a year now... I have just been living with the pain thinking that it will become alright, but now it is getting worse. Almost a year back I also hurt the area around my right ankle, which still hurts. I did not go through any physiotherapy, thought it will become ok if I loose weight. But I have not been able to reduce any weight yet... Please advise

Dr.aap common exercise ka video btaia Jo knee pain.upper & lower back pain & pure legs pain talvo tan me kam aaye.mere pas Nidan ke liye bhi paise nhi hai to davai kya kru?
