    Another cracking video guys, some ggod fish there. We snapped an axle out of our BT laye last year, PITA been without the van for a while. Glad ted got the correct parts and was able to get mobile again. Sage travels.👍👍

      Ted is getting the heavy duty stub axles fitted now (the 4140 I think) and in 2014 onwards BT use a more robust hub so should have no more problems
      cheers Kev

      @@travellingaustralia7319 I never knew about the hubs. Although when we did the stubby we had new hubs, back plates brakes n bearings. Richard @ simplicity never gave us an option on the hubs so hopefully everything has been made tougher.

    Love your episodes especially the fishing.
    Nice cod, jacks & salmon pity the Barra didn’t play the game.
    Hope the tinny isn’t too badly scratched up front the other boat 🤬
    🍻👍🏼

    I am not into fishing but I can see that the drive in was worth it. Great filming and editing. Thanks for the video. I also went back and watched the build videos for the ranger.

    Lovely Ep and fish to a awesome spt guys, I had nearly 4 weeks there 3 months ago the road was great, I towed our 5m tinny up there with our old 80 series. the reef fishing was awesome bagging out on saddle tail snapper and goldies every trip out, we went up the Drydale 120k around trip, and fished out around the Island 46ks out, My first time back in 36 years,

      @travellingaustralia7319  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      we are using the minn kota terrova 55lb pretty sure ,we use it heaps up north and even down south chasing King george -no noisy anchor chain and easy to move around between sand patches

    What a great episode. Glassy water is a rarity I expect.
    Could you put polariser on the camera lens so we can see into the water too or is it already on and that is about as good as it gets?

    • @travellingaustralia7319
      @travellingaustralia7319  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      we are now only using go pro cameras for the ease of use we no longer use the big camera will have a look at what lenses are available especially for the next trip in about a month to SA Chasing some blue swimmer crabs and squid would love to get some really clear footage of the squid
      cheers Kev

      @@travellingaustralia7319 I'll leave it to the experts :) I use polarized glasses for fishing, so I presumed one can use polarized lenses for cameras.
