beware the potential bugs tho, I think he said the mod might break with some weapons/shields ( because it borrows code from them tto make some of the skills work)
Also there might be a bug in the Wattle Gobbler Dlc, where you can't progress

I absolutely love all of the Team Fortress 2 references and mechanics used in the right tree, like how the rocket jump skill has a bind used in TF2 for hp and ammo regen and the SCREAMIN EAGLES skill works like how you would use the Market Gardener, and it makes sense too because Torgue and Soldier would DEFINITELY be best friends
even the menacing a-pose similar to Heavy's is there

Torgue mod looks like a perfect addition to bl2, despite its power it seems like a really fun way to spice up the game, if in the future more voicelines are added and the power gets toned down and they somehow make it multiplayer compatable, this become a must have mod.

It already is multiplayer compat! Although everyone has to be playing Torgue, you can already coop with this. That's the actual reason Skyrocket is disabled, along with the Nukum and a few other weapons listed on the page. They use those weapon's slots so they can be multiplayer compat (anything fully custom doesn't work in coop sadly)
A laser on Torgue? Torgue canonically hates lasers…

In one of the mod trailers I saw Torgue rocket jump and kill Saturn with 1 punch.
It might be possible to do on level or maybe it was just a cinematic trailer thing.
Skill in the melee tree gives chance to 1 hit anything I believe it’s called Icarus symbolism but I’m friends with the guy who made the mod and when I tested this I fought to have that left in bc how much fun it is

TORGUE doesn't make explosions by rapid chemical reaction.
He makes them by splitting atoms.

When questions like "Do we really need more nuke damage?" comes up, deep down, everyone knows the answer is "Why havent you gotten more nuke damage yet?"
Mr. Torgue is my favorite character in the franchise so him being overpowered is so perfect. This mod looks so fun and I can’t wait to see how it’s adjusted as time goes on. Makes me want more characters like this modded in.
I absolutely love this mod so far. I thought that I was in a dream when I saw this video get reccomended. Can not wait for more episodes and to see more skills!

I love that the mob bring a new experience and something new to do other than challenge run yeah there fun but being able to play a amazing and humorous character makes it so much more better
Hitting your enemies while rocket jumping with a sea exploding fistfull of dynamite is such a torgue thing to do 😂😂😂 Genuinely entertaining mod.
I've never been one for crazy overhaul/game altering mods but Torgue just has a charm to him that makes me want to install and run the mod myself

The torgue mod looks like utter chaos and i love it. The way torgue is so clunky but also so overpowered is amazing
Torgue mod is hilarious. The right tree leading to a hilarious gameplay loop of deathlasers, punching and explosions is so on brand.
There has to be a torgue allegiance run with torgue as the character!

Screamin Eagles is such a cool little TF2 easter egg.
For those who dont understand the reference - The soldier in TF2 has a melee weapon that crits for massive damage if you hit an enemy whilst you're rocket jumping. He also says screamin eagles when he emotes.
I think the shmovement that he has being able to rocket jump as early as 13 is really cool
Torgue A-Posing on the title screen just fits him so well. He'd definitely just stand like that because his muscles are too big.
So stoked to see you play this. I know this is something you’ve always wanted. Would love to see more things done with modding like this. Considering the resources and lack of UDK, this mod is CRAZY so far by BL2 standards. The use of the fire breath animation from is super creative.
I'm absolutely loving it, of all the CEO's he's the most comedic..and you playing him just makes it so much more cool..I think it's cool that in TPS you could play as Jack..but Torgue is so iconic.

Fantastic series. I'm gonna love this dude. The explosive brick build is my gateway into borderlands addiction, and this is the absolute highest level of that.
For the QOTD. This mod looks awesome! It's insane to see how far the modding community has come, and I'm excited to see all the crazy things that'll come out in the future
I’ve been so hyper for this and finally getting to see it is awesome! So much effort and care must’ve went into making this feel like a real new playable character. Can’t wait to see the crazy builds he can do!

I've never really liked Torgue that much to be perfectly honest; BUT I definitely respect the work that's gone into it and at the end of the day it's something new and fresh and well... more content so I like it.
The rocket "pellet" count skill seems really good. Just imagine a badaboom permanently doubleshotting

An action skill idea is since he loves to do Air guitar solos, instead of using a buzz axe, he has an AWESOME ELECTRIC GUITAR

This is something I’ve wanted since I was like 14. Hell yea.
This mod makes me think that it would be cool to get a team of vault hunters of established characters like in Pre-sequel but with Moxxxi, Torgue, Marcus, Scooter (RIP), Ellie, Tina, and Dr. Zed.
lmao i love the rocket jump skill being called impulse 101. in case you weren't aware, it's a reference to a command in team fortress 2 that you can toggle to make your character regen health and ammo, and is used to practice rocket jumping. neat touch
edit: i just saw the screaming eagles skill, which i'm also pretty sure is a reference to market gardening in tf2 as well

I watched the stream and from what I saw, it was very original. The gameplay wasn't only focused on the action skill. Torgue is just overpowered

Honestly it's a breath of fresh air after so many years. Even if it's bugged and glitchy, it's definitely something exciting to see. I'm replaying bl3 and I kinda wished they added new VHs instead of skills. I'm in full support of mod creators who can bring back fun replays of these games

This just shows again, why more characters are better than additional skill trees. It motivates you to rerun the game and gives you completely new gameplay. Also regarding a question you asked during the exodus axton run: 2 more characters are at least 6 new skill trees, while additional skill trees for the existing characters is just 4.
I love this mod, most of the mods I've seen is balance this balance that, but I rarely see mods go "let's make this unbalance"

I would also like pearls to drop from rare enemies - like loot midgets are a cool idea but only if there wasn’t some way to farm them - that way they could still come around without an insane amount of raid boss grinding and accompany a unique enemy find!

QOTD. Torgue has been probably my most wanted DLC character, as a personality he's a psychopath and his guitar solos make me wanna see the world explode!
It brings me infinite joy to imagine a 7 foot tall hulk of a man fly at someone like a jet and punch them causing a massive explosion, I'm pretty sure Torgue lives off of nothing but lighter fluid and jet fuel.
We need to be thankful torgue is one of the good guys,or else we'd all be screwed
i feel like perls being unique guns would be cool, like how uniques are sometimes legendaries and rares, imagine guns like the harold that is dropped by only one enemy (disregarding world drops) being a perl.
