A mentally unsound veteran #KashmiriPandith of #Tullamulla Ganderbal namely #VijayKumar is not feeling well since last two months. Vijay Kumar's all relatives left Kashmir valley during early 90's when situation turned ugly in Kashmir. Since last three decades, he is residing alone at Tullamulla. Locals of Tullamulla not leaving any stone unturned in helping him. According to locals, he was kindhearted and sociable during his childhood. Moreover, VijayKumar is a well qualified as he has done bachelor's degree. His neighbour says more about him.
