One of the best voice of Kashmiri Pandits is Dr Chrungoo. It is really painful to see BJP leaders becoming so insensitive to a genuine request of acknowledging Genocide of KPs. KPs post 1990 have always supported Nationalist forces. We owe our survival to Respected Balasaheb ji. Hope Modi ji and his team recognise it as a National issue and not just a minority in Kashmir.

Dr Chungru is right the religious genocide has been happening in episodes slowly creating Muslim enclaves devoid of diversity.. We forget the greatest genocidal ethnic cleansing that was carried out during partition of India from west punjab and all parts of present day Pakistan. The indian leadership and imperial powers then refused to recognize it as such and this strategy is employed as a critical tool by radical groups for their expansionist agenda, it's happened in Armenia recently.

I am shocked to find that as senior a reporter as Smita Prakash cannot differentiate between 1984 Sikh Riots 1990 Kashmiri Pandit genocide. Sikhs were not expelled from Punjab. Sikhs were butched in Delhi.

I think Mrs. Prakash and all the listeners of this interview would have felt the painful & terrible suffocation in the words of Dr. Chrungoo. This suffocating feeling is felt by every right thinking mature Kashmiri Pandit who has undergone this genocide. Now the elections in the union territory of Jammu&Kashmir is underway. In a democratic country, it is quite good that after about three decades, the elections for the union territory assembly will be held. Unfortunately without small percentage of Kashmiri Pandit population which faced exodus, because of the genocide in 1990. The constitution of Bharat provides protection to each individual. It is therefore the responsibility of the government, to declare reserved seats for Kashmir Pandit both in assembly as well as in the Parliament so that their cultural identity stays in Bharat. Dilution of their presence in developing Bharat is a scar on the democratic system of the country. Therefore, election commission has to give them special provision for electing their representatives. Kashmiri Pandit are spread across the country and should get reserved seats, both in assembly&parliament. To elect their representatives for the reserved constituencies, ECI should creating temporary Polling centres at different locations, within the country. It will be an unfortunate situation for Bharat, to have no representative of Kashmiri Pandit (KP) in the assembly of J&K, where reserved seats in assembly are for the people in POK. Release of movie- Kashmir files, on the apathy faced by Kashmiri pandits(KP) should not be treated as end of their existence. We are thankful to the director&producer of movie for putting up courage to create it. But both are now living under Z-security, is the indicator of growing membership of Muslim Brotherhood in Bharat. Isn’t our enemy bigger within the nation than at the boarders? Dr Chungru is right the religious genocide has been happening in episodes slowly creating Muslim enclaves devoid of diversity.. We forget the greatest genocidal ethnic cleansing that was carried out during partition of India from west punjab and all parts of present day Pakistan. The indian leadership and imperial powers then refused to recognize it as such and this strategy is employed as a critical tool by radical groups for their expansionist agenda, it's happened in Armenia recently.

I think Mrs. Prakash and all the listeners of this interview would have felt the painful & terrible suffocation in the words of Dr. Chrungoo. This suffocating feeling is felt by every right thinking mature Kashmiri Pandit who has undergone this genocide. Every one's heart is bursting to tell his own story but knows that he will be misunderstood ......because his pain/truth is so deep and hurtful that it is hardly believable..... he pain and truth has been purposely and systematically ignored....... one can easily feel the pain and suffocation in Dr. Chrungoo's statements..... once a very able speaker has now lost his ability to properly express his views ... may be due to repeated denials and rebuttals by the powerful quarters.... felt sad but could relate to his suffocation .... let us pray and believe the famous quote "That truth prevails" is correct....

In democratic system when voters of a constituency are spread beyond the geographical territory of the State, due to special circumstances. The MP/MLA seats have to be declared reserved for them. Voters have to be given dual voting rights(one in the state of current dwelling and of the reserved constituency).

Honourable PM, India is facing continuous threats from people, who have joined Muslim Brotherhood, subsequent to following dictate of Gazwa-I-Hind. This dictate is funded both nationally &internationally. We need constitutional amendments and lockdown such areas,to single out the infected Rats,else we will be bleeding to death, in uniform or otherwise?
These observations are from our own country Bharat, where a genocide occurred,34 years earlier, in the heavenly valley of Kashmir, and is being denied by the government all along. If this genocide is not recognised, the culprits and toolkit operators will create similar genocides in the boarder districts, where minority population has gone more than 60%. The events seen at Nuh, Haryana in the resent past is an eye opener.
The cleansing of Kashmir Pandit from Kashmir Valley has destroyed their unique cultural heritage of more than 5000 years. There rehabilitation has been helped to some extent by the government and to larger extent by the Hindu population in Bharat. Name of Balthakre ji can’t go without mentioning.
Now the elections in the union territory of Jammu&Kashmir is underway. In a democratic country, it is quite good that after about three decades, the elections for the union territory assembly will be held. Unfortunately without small percentage of Kashmiri Pandit population which faced exodus, because of the genocide in 1990. The constitution of Bharat provides protection to each individual. It is therefore the responsibility of the government, to declare reserved seats for Kashmir Pandit both in assembly as well as in the Parliament so that their cultural identity stays in Bharat. Dilution of their presence in developing Bharat is a scar on the democratic system of the country. Therefore, election commission has to give them special provision for electing their representatives.
Kashmiri Pandit are spread across the country and should get reserved seats, both in assembly&parliament. To elect their representatives for the reserved constituencies, ECI should creating temporary Polling centres at different locations, within the country. It will be an unfortunate situation for Bharat, to have no representative of Kashmiri Pandit (KP) in the assembly of J&K, where reserved seats in assembly are for the people in POK.
Release of movie- Kashmir files, on the apathy faced by Kashmiri pandits(KP) should not be treated as end of their existence. We are thankful to the director&producer of movie for putting up courage to create it. But both are now living under Z-security, is the indicator of growing membership of Muslim Brotherhood in Bharat. Isn’t our enemy bigger within the nation than at the boarders?
Kashmiri Pandits have existed and will continue existing. It is the responsibility of government (Bharat) to rehabilitate Kashmiri pandits wherever they are placed, subsequent to the genocide.
Creating a strip for the existence of Kashmiri Pandits, in J&K is not a solution. For past 60 years, we have seen disruptions after creation of Gaza Strip.
It is the responsibility of government to ensure that Kashmiri Pandits are given representation in both Assembly & Parliament. They have always contributed in Making&Shaping Bharat. All worship places established by them in Kashmir, should be adequately protected by the govt, irrespective of the number and spread, in Kashmir.

In 1996 I got struck inside a shop at Lal Chowk due to encounter outside During that period I was introduced to a elderly person named Mr Haggru Present of Plebiscite Front during short interaction He told me You people have been forced to leave valley to parts of India some of ours have moved to POK But please don't come to valley without constitutional guarantees otherwise you people will again suffer in next migration I was surprised but it is a reality believe it or not

Anti Sikh riots in Delhi (UT) did not prompt Ragen to impose ban on the visit of Rajiv Gandhi to US ,who on the contrary was the first to extend the invitation and Rajiv Gandhi Ji's visit in 1985 . Then CM of Gujarat in Jan 2002 was not given nod to put his foot on the US soil by Republican President - George Bush ,which his Democratic successor - Barak Obama continued till May, 2014 and same President the First to invite Modi Ji the PM of India to visit US .
