After a long night of work and a few hours of sleep, I wake up, put on my CRM sweater (since it's Friday) and coffee in hand (in my CRM mug of course), I put on my weekly episode of CRM, a way like any other to commune with the angels of Paradise who are surely all riveted in front of their cosmic screen. What do i see within the first 5 minutes? Carlos who concludes a deal on the phone with Batman watching over him (my favorite painting synonymous with CRM since my first episodes). Then, the Angelic Natalie walks in, bringing with her the incandescent light of the Sun. We then folllow Carlos who parades like Charlie Chaplin to show us shorts straight out of a Salvador Dali canvas. Not over yet. We now witness Betty, our favorite Princess Leia, who is on the verge of shedding a tear because of a gift that only her emotional candor deserves. No shortage of beauty yet: Raysa, whose silent beauty served as a model for God to create the grandeur of Eve, is seen (or admired) on a motorcycle with her rebellious husband... and finally, a juicy deal involving a watch released straight from the furnaces of heavens, entertains us. Here are the first 5 minutes and I haven't even had my first drop of coffee yet! Let's stop wondering why CRM is what it is. Business, human warmth, hypnotizing beauties and emotion... all within a few glorious seconds. Folks, It's friday night! It's CRM time! And what a show! I can barely keep up! The various questions that embellish the video are definitely a plus. Whoever came up with that idea had a brilliant stroke of inspiration. The segment around the 33 minute mark, where Carlos gets his hair cut by Sandra, is one of the times I've laughed the most since I was stung by the CRM bee. The levity, familiarity and hilarity of the moment sums up what i'm sure many of us love about this unique family. I can't get enough of these sweet little family moments. And as for Dan, my ultimate leader, the one that no storm can bring down, his talk on the future of the company and how to diversify the offer is one of the MAJOR reasons why CRM will endure . Dan is the solution. Dan is the backbone of the business. Like the Batman canvas which represents the store well, Dan is the dark knight. The Watchful guardian. On another note, the segment on the watches that each of the gang appreciate was a gem! I had just suggested such a segment this week. Another person asking the same question is proof that we fans are all one big family. A family that shares its disgust at the obvious deception that a dark watch dealer has tried to orchestrate (around the 42:00 mark). what affects our family by proxy should affect us all! Was it intentional? My gut tells me to listen to Charlie and Betty. He's the Boy-King, next to the throne and She's the hand that rocks the cradle. They know. God! I wish i could see the wrath of Carlos unleash on that... that... oh well, let's not get sucked into a negative spiral. This is a happy time! A happy time which is clouded by the assertions of Charlie who claims to want to retire before his dad! Charlie! Don't joke like that! My tattooed CRM heart can't take it! You are not only the present of the store but also its glorious future! Without CRM, the Worldwide fellowship of watches would lose its bearings, its rudder of values. There is a secret passage in the Bible about watches and the effect CRM has on people. Specifically in the End Days meant to be a passage to a better world. A world in which every day will be Friday. In which every day will be CRM day. By the way, the green cap at the end suits Sandra superbly. Anyway, no color can do justice to her incandesence, her human warmth... but green is a good start :) See ya!

I love this Channel! I was down in Florida 3 hour drive from crm and I had to stop in to meet them and say hello. Glad I did. They weren’t recording when I was in but everything was running like they show on the TH-cam episodes. I talked to Charlie and Carlos like they knew me a lifetime. Willy even went and got Cuban coffee from next door. (Which I stop at after and had a Cuban sandwich) Betty yelled at us because we didn’t wait for her to have coffee.Lol thanks for keeping the show real! Much Love from Chicago

@CRM. How can you tell if a dial has been replaced? And if you change a dial how does that affect the resale value? I bought my first datejust a vintage 16233 champagne dial. I almost bought a 116233 because i prefer the hidden crown bracelet but it had a silver dial. The seller showed me a champagne dial they could put on the 116233. But I wanted my watch all factory. I prefer champagne dials. Can you tell if a dial has been changed and does an after market dial still considered a "real" rolex?

At 43:27 the watch cleaner sales guy is promoting a Swiss brand watch cleaner for $62 + the cost of the towel. Carlos uses soap & water with a toothbrush for free to clean his customers' watches. The sales guy should have done hs homework to know Carlos already has a watch cleaning solution.

Hey CRM! Ive said it many comments prior. You guys are a joy to watch! Ive also said this.. you NEED some other special timepiece brands like some Omegas, IWC, and Breitling in your inventory. You would open up an entire bracket of customers! Start with some rare and prized models like a “Snoopy” Speedmaster, a Navitimer GMT with its E6B bezel(flight calculator), a Big Pilot with the Green dial, etc. this will bring in the $4-$9k customers that also have the $50k for a DD 40 and they will eventually trade in/up or add your higher end brands to their collections. As a loyal subber, i think CRM needs to be just slightly more than the “big 3” brands. Theres already another, younger YT Miami based watch dealer(y’all know em) and theyre like CRM, focusing only on the “big 3”. It limits your customer base tremendously! I know your goal and direction to specialize in high end elite brands, but CRM can grow exponentially if you just carry a few more brands that have strong pedigree…those $4k-$5k, $6k-$9k guys like us are out there ready to spend it! Those brand of watches also can be elite as well! You can have a customer come in and buy his DJ 41…walks past the SpeedMaster on display ….the one that went to the Moon and is continuously used in Space. The one watch that every Aviation Geek and every Baby Boomer wanted in the 60’s and worn in EVERY NASA based space movie to this day will say, “ oh, ive always wanted one of those….il take the Speedmaster too!” Or the guy coming in to buy a $6k Navitimer picks up an DD 40 as well. Ya never know! …you can blow the doors off of CRM. As a fan and future customer soon(SoFlo based), id def be the guy to have more reason to come into the store to see/purchase more variety for my collection knowing theres options for a SeaMaster in the $4k price bracket. Try it out with a “Snoopy” SpeedMaster a Planet Ocean or a SeaMaster Aqua Terra. Youl see! Anyways…sorry for the yapping, sleep deprived. ❤️ yas!
Hi Joe. I agree with you 100%. We definitely we need to add these other "Sub-Big 3" brands to our inventory. Unfortunately, adding more brands would mean that we have to spend a lot more capital on inventory. We are a small, family owned company despite how things may seem on social media. That means that we need to be very selective in what we allocate our limited capital to. Luxury watches, however you spin them, are a high inventory, low profit margin expense. They're beautiful and allow us to make attractive, engaging content with them, but they're still a challenge to work with when your capital is limited. That is why our first priority is to develop e-commerce and additional, higher margin revenue streams coming from non-watch-related jewelry. That would make our business a lot more robust and resistant to recessionary pressures, as well as make it easier for us to add other brands. Please let me know if that made any sense. Sorry for the ramble.

There are some very high quality fakes out there. However if an experienced CRM dealer can just look at the watch and spot it is a fake this was not one of them. The question is then if the person selling the watch did not spot it and was supposedly another experienced dealer he is either incompetent or a crook.

Honestly, in a spot like this you should demand a discount on the Datejust. The GMT was a scam (fake), so just because the Datejust is real doesn't mean it's not a scam in some other way. At a minimum, you're now going to have to spend a lot of extra time pulling that watch apart to make sure there aren't any hidden gremlins.

The Barrichello model I had in 2009. The second model, the first Barrichello was not as nice. Fact, you ask him do you know who he was, and his answer is no, means that the people that buy and can afford these watches have no class. Most of the time you can just tell. By the way it feels in your hands, the hour markers, the way it winds, the numbers on the bezels are sloppy most of the time. A combination of all the above

At 43:27 the watch cleaner sales guy is promoting a Swiss brand watch cleaner for $62 + the cost of the towel. Carlos uses soap & water with a toothbrush for free to clean his customers' watches. The sales guy should have done hs homework to know Carlos already has a watch cleaning solution.

My pop's had to go to hospital last week, he's so old school and so strong (my pop's) just kept saying "I'm fine, I'm okay". But, had to go because his heart was beating so low, slow. They had him wearing that hospital "Gear" , once he had enough he calmly got up and put on his street clothes and sat back down and said, "what, why do I have to be naked". Lol

Hey CRM! Ive said it many comments prior. You guys are a joy to watch! Ive also said this.. you NEED some other special timepiece brands like some Omegas, IWC, and Breitling in your inventory. You would open up an entire bracket of customers! Start with some rare and prized models like a “Snoopy” Speedmaster, a Navitimer GMT with its E6B bezel(flight calculator), a Big Pilot with the Green dial, etc. this will bring in the $4-$9k customers that also have the $50k for a DD 40 and they will eventually trade in/up or add your higher end brands to their collections. As a loyal subber, i think CRM needs to be just slightly more than the “big 3” brands. Theres already another, younger YT Miami based watch dealer(y’all know em) and theyre like CRM, focusing only on the “big 3”. It limits your customer base tremendously! I know your goal and direction to specialize in high end elite brands, but CRM can grow exponentially if you just carry a few more brands that have strong pedigree…those $4k-$5k, $6k-$9k guys like us are out there ready to spend it! Those brand of watches also can be elite as well! You can have a customer come in and buy his DJ 41…walks past the SpeedMaster on display ….the one that went to the Moon and is continuously used in Space. The one watch that every Aviation Geek and every Baby Boomer wanted in the 60’s and worn in EVERY NASA based space movie to this day will say, “ oh, ive always wanted one of those….il take the Speedmaster too!” Or the guy coming in to buy a $6k Navitimer picks up an DD 40 as well. Ya never know! …you can blow the doors off of CRM. As a fan and future customer soon(SoFlo based), id def be the guy to have more reason to come into the store to see/purchase more variety for my collection knowing theres options for a SeaMaster in the $4k price bracket. Try it out with a “Snoopy” SpeedMaster a Planet Ocean or a SeaMaster Aqua Terra. Youl see! Anyways…sorry for the yapping, sleep deprived.

Hi Joe. I agree with you 100%. We definitely we need to add these other "Sub-Big 3" brands to our inventory. Unfortunately, adding more brands would mean that we have to spend a lot more capital on inventory. We are a small, family owned company despite how things may seem on social media. That means that we need to be very selective in what we allocate our limited capital to. Luxury watches, however you spin them, are a high inventory, low profit margin expense. They're beautiful and allow us to make attractive, engaging content with them, but they're still a challenge to work with when your capital is limited. That is why our first priority is to develop e-commerce and additional, higher margin revenue streams coming from non-watch-related jewelry. That would make our business a lot more robust and resistant to recessionary pressures, as well as make it easier for us to add other brands. Please let me know if that made any sense. Sorry for the ramble.

I have a question regarding the watches your calling fake. Do they weigh the same as the original. They are not really FAKE they are copies. BUT , is the weight of the watch the same as the original. ??
One of them was real but I would have been so pissed, I would have sent both watches back and told the guy never to contact me again.

What did you notice on the GMT to know it was fake ?
There are some very high quality fakes out there. However if an experienced CRM dealer can just look at the watch and spot it is a fake this was not one of them. The question is then if the person selling the watch did not spot it and was supposedly another experienced dealer he is either incompetent or a crook.
Some of these super fakes are almost IDENTICAL, even down to the movement. It’s insane, and scary.

Honestly, in a spot like this you should demand a discount on the Datejust. The GMT was a scam (fake), so just because the Datejust is real doesn't mean it's not a scam in some other way. At a minimum, you're now going to have to spend a lot of extra time pulling that watch apart to make sure there aren't any hidden gremlins.
We didn't buy the watches, not after that experience. 🤷

The Barrichello model I had in 2009. The second model, the first Barrichello was not as nice. Fact, you ask him do you know who he was, and his answer is no, means that the people that buy and can afford these watches have no class.
