    This has helped my putt from a stagger position to stay on the pole. I've also revamped my entire putting form from these putting principles videos and have started to make more putts, especially from distance.

    I started doing this a few weeks ago! Thank you for the video and confirming it’s correct and ESPECIALLY helping with the elbow. Think that was the final nail I needed! 🙌🏻🤝🏻🔪🖤

      It’s scientifically proven! So glad that it helped you commit to the principle. You’ll find your own style with it and feel much more confident from 20 feet

    In this video, it looks like you gave up on your previous advice about leading with the elbow. ("One of the Best Putting Tips of All-Time" about 3 months ago.) Am I right, or just not seeing it? (As I recall, you seemed to like that idea, even though you had very little experience with it.) I know we are all different, but could you provide some advice about which of your videos we should try to emulate?

      Hey Wayne great question! The leading with the elbow idea is really helpful when you’re edge of circle but especially when you’re in circle 2. These principles are all working toward a reliable putt from 20-25 feet, and (Spoiler Alert) principle 10 is going to be taking this reliable putt, adding in leading with the elbow, and increasing your circle 2 percentage. That was our first ever putting tip video, and it was really rough and poorly explained. So we’re going to bring that back and sort of end where we started. Hopefully that helps answer your question. I 10/10 would not recommend leading with the elbow inside of 25 feet. - Kevin

      @@puttconfidently THANKS for the quick reply, and yes, it does help. That leading elbow tip reinforced what others (e.g. Gannon Buhr et.al.) had demonstrated. That extra leverage/speed gave me the added power I needed (lots of hard miles on my old body at age 78), so I am glad you will be bringing it back. Looking forward to seeing more.

    Doesn't this way of putting sort of conflict with your other video on how to "Lead with the elbow"? I don't see the elbow leading here or is that just for a different kind of putt that you want distance and speed on and this is just for inside circle 1?

      @puttconfidently  6 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Yes that technique is really just for edge of circle and into circle 2. Thank you for asking and P.S. I will be doing a remake of that video for Principle #10 I have more to add
